“So disappointed with the quality of these flowers the photograph sent from work colleague on receipt did not look anything like the picture on your site. Whilst I appreciate that the lilies were yet open - was not impressed. Can send the photograph, unfortunately unable to attach.”

“The flowers were delivered on the date requested, well packaged and as stated. The recipient was very pleased with them and they made a lovely display, which lasted a full week.”

“Quick and simple ordering process. Easy to fill in delivery details online along with personal message.. The flowers I ordered were not deilivered to my relative in person as unfortunately she didn't hear the delivery man ring the bell. He left the flowers in a slightly sheltered position but where it could be seen next to the front door. 2 photos were then sent to me in an email attachment explaining that they were left and showing exactly where and at what time. My Aunt said the flowers were super, mostly budded but all opened to lovely flowers as described. I paid extra for next day delivery and they were delivered by 2pm. Great service Debenhams- will Definitely use again!”

“The flower arrangement was very 'light' and didn't have the same sort of volume displayed online. Also after a day the flowers were beginning to wilt, and despite my best efforts did not last long. Also a large proportion of the flowers did not open before they died. If this was a one off I'd let it go, but this it's the second time I've ordered, with the same result. very disappointing.”

“Ordered Romantic Lily and Rose for our anniversary. These were a good mix of the flowers above, in bud form. They started blooming after a couple of days and look very good. Flowers arrived on the day, but unfortunately we were out so had to collect them from the post office. Even though a safe place was specified.”

“Bought some of the rainbow roses and have to say they were beautiful flowers. My girlfriend loved them. They're a bit steep in price if you ask me but I guess there is something somewhere in making them that warrants the price. Worth it though to see her response.”
