“Number or flowers and quality disappointing. Flowers died after 5 days. These were a birthday present so very disappointed. Called customer servics and received full refund.”

“Flowers were OK and delivered n time. My biggest gripe though is I ordered via the Quidco website and have had to raise a claim because I have not received cash back. As per their agreement with Quidco.”

“I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say that the service was excellent and the flowers were actually, pretty good. Ordering from the website was simple and the automated mails were useful. I was able to track the Valentine's Day delivery, via DPD to the hour. To have delivery on the Sunday, was useful. The flowers were in good condition and arrived well packed. They were pretty and my wife loved them. They lasted only a week, tho. I have had others that lasted longer, but we were happy. I'd say well done to Debenhams on this occasion. Thanks”

“Fast and timely delivery but a very small, aged bunch of flowers - nowhere near as full as the pictures...the roses were already turning and the Lilies never opened. These were purchased for Valentine's Day, overall very disappointed.”

“As expected from Debenhams, a lovely bunch of flowers and well received. Arrived on time and pre-opened which burst into bloom and apparently lasted nearly ten days. Thank you”

“The flowers looked really nice on delivery which was punctual and a real plus. However the flowers started to wilt around day 3 and had to go in the bin on day 7 so despite looking good at first they really did not last well which was disappointing and as a result I will probably be looking elsewhere next time I want to buy some flowers.”

“Ordered roses for my partner and when they arrived the flowers where dying. Sent pictures in an email and got a full refund but won't be using Debenhams again.”
