“The website was easy and straightforward, nice selection of flowers and the deal with the chocolates was really well priced compared to other local competitors. It was delivered on the day and my mother had popped out so they left it with the next door neighbor. My mum was very pleased. I would be happy to recommend this service to anyone else. I live in the USA. Jackie”

“I did not order standard, due to the one hour discount the price was regarded as less than I paid for. When I pointed this out to Customer Services, they did not take the discount into account and insisted I had paid for standard; not large.”

“I searched on line to find a company to deliver flowers. I didn't know that Debenhams did and was pleasantly surprised with the flowers on offer. It was nice to be able to leave a long message with the flowers. They kept me informed of the delivery. The lady received her flowers early in the morning and was very happy with them.”

“The quality of the flowers was very good. HOWEVER the vase that they were delivered in was not clear glass as shown in the online picture, but bright red. Now I'm sure stock demands are tricky but this vase was neither fitting of the bouquet itself nor something I would ever order. It simply didn't match and I don't like red. I emailed your customer service team to give them my feedback, indicating that the quality of the flower was good but that it was the vase I took issue with. I got a very short response which appeared to be cut from prepared text, stating that the small print indicates the vases may change. No apology. Infact no niceness at all. For that reason alone I would not order from you again. Those flowers are not cheap and I expect to receive what I ordered and in lieu of that, some decent customer service.”

“I live in Australia, first time I have used Debenhams to send flowers for my counsin's 18th birthday. She was very pleased with it. Paid extra for tracking but could not track but have received an email after the delivery. Overall, I am happy. Will use them again.”

“I ordered what appeared to be a wonderful bouquet of flowers as I wanted to cheer up my girl. When the flowers arrived, they looked in poor condition and looked a far cry from the display picture on the website. NEVER again will I order from here. Poor 0/10”

“I ordered 50 red roses to celebrate my wifes 50th birthday. They arrived on the day and were lovely. Unfortunately were delivered to a house 2 doors down, even though my wife was at home. The neighbour dropped them off around 5. 00 so a whole day was wasted. Lucky they dropped them off!! Apart from that the whole experience was very professional and efficient.I would order from them again.”

“Flowers received very favourable comments from the receiver. However, I found the website confusing. I thought I'd sent them free next day delivery, however when I read the confirmation email they were to be delivered 3 days later & charge of £2.99. Would not use again based on how difficult it was to understand the website.”
