Ordered flowers for mothers day, number of roses were discoloured on arrival, images sent to customer services, nothing ever heard back. Flowers ordered at the same time for girlfriends birthday arrived a day late from specified delivery date. Emailed customer services again, nothing ever heard back. Will not be using again.

The flowers were of very poor quality and not enough flowers for the price we paid. Won't recommend or buy flowers from Debenhams again

the flowers were bought as a present for my mum, I was not happy with the overall quality of when received. Some of the flowers in the bunch were missing when received, the size of the bunch didn't reflect the price, the flowers didn't look in the best condition when arrived. Have definitely been put off using the service again.

Bought the flowers for Mother's Day, when I received them on the Saturday the flowers looked as if they were already dead. I put them I water and hoped that it was just the outside of the flowers and that this would fall off and the flowers would be OK. Was embarrassed to give the flowers to my mum as they were such a state! Each day the 'flowers' were getting worse and in the end my mum had to bin them after 4 days as they were well and truly dead. Will never order flowers from debenhams again.

When they arrived the flowers that I ordered from Debenhams Flowers looked a very small bunch compared to the picture on the website. Not worth the money that I paid for them at all. Also, when I contacted Debenhams Flowers to ask why the picture looked so different to what had arrived, I received no reply. My advise would be to ring a local florist as you get much better value for money.

For the price the flowers was priced at I found it to be very dissatisfied because I was expecting lavish amounts of flowers for when my grandparent came out of hospital, but they was not. Would never buy flowers from here again and have told everyone about my experience. I have complained but got nowhere, very unhappy with the whole experience

Flowers arrived late and looked half dead. 100% not worth the money at all!! I should have just gone to a florist.

Flowers arrived. Werent anything like advertised. They were appalling. I took pics and sent them with a complaint to you. After 10 days I recieved a response saying you'd replace them. I replied with a an acceptance of that and stating when they could be delivered. Not only do I expect new flowers I at least expect my money back. I've a good mind to go to trading standards.

**I will not be using this service again**. Don't get me wrong, I was enamoured that delivery took place on Mother's Day! However, that does not excuse the fact that half(50%) of the flowers were dead on arrival giving the impression I didn't care. Inexcusable.

Poor quality flowers and even poorer customer service!! Flowers were dead on arrival. Still waiting a reply to my email from the customer service team nearly a month later. Very disappointed & will not order again

I ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day which arrived with some roses already wilting. By the 2nd day most of the flowers were dead. My mum emailed Debenhams. No one has responded to her. I called to complain and Debenhams sent a new bouquet of flowers which were beautiful and lasted 12 days. I will not use them again because of this.

I ordered some flowers for a friend who was upset because her dog had died and paid extra for a named day as I knew my friend would be in. The flowers didn't arrive as expected on the day or the day after or the day after that. I can't remember if they arrived 4 or 5 days late but it was totally unacceptable. When the flowers finally arrived they were OK but won't be using Debenhams again I will be going back to Interflora who are very good but I just fancied a change. Wrong decision!

Ordered flowers for Mother's day and specifically selected pre-12pm delivery as my Mum would be out from 12:15. The flowers were eventually delivered at 1pm and did not look like the picture on the website. Very disappointing and so far no response from customer services to get the additional delivery costs refunded despite 3 attempts.

The Mother's Day flowers arrived 2 days late and dead. I wrote three emails and received automated reponses. I called them twice but was put on hold for over an hour. The third time I called, they offered me either a refund or replacement flowers.

The flowers I received were not value for money. I complained as soon as I received them, sent pictures and was promised a response within 48 hours. That was Mother's Day. Still waiting!!
