“The flowers were beautiful. The free chocolates were actually missing but when I contacted Debenhams they acted straight away and made up for it very quickly. Very pleased overall.”

“I was satisfied with the flowers and the speed of delivery, however, the reason I chose Debenhams over the teems of other online flower delivery companies was because they offered free Guylian chocolates with your order which clinched it for me. They didn't arrive. As per their small print T&Cs, if they don't have the chocolates in stock at the time of purchase, they don't send them which is fine but for two things. I had to get in touch with them to find out the whereabouts of the chocolates and also I wonder how many other people are duped into a deal that doesn't deliver. As a 'gesture of good will' they have offered me a £5 discount on my next purchase which to me says spend more of my money with a company that has let you down. No thanks”

What we should have done was to send an alternative rather than nothing. I appreciate it wouldn't have been acceptable as your decision was based on the brand of chocolates. Sorry that you won't use us again but thanks for taking the time to explain the situation so we can strive to improve this.

“Not worth the large amount I paid for them. The flowers were fresh but the size of the bouquet was so much smaller than expected. Will not be ordering from you in the future. VERY POOR VALUE FOR THE MONEY.”

“I paid extra for them to be large and the look smaller than something I could of gotten out of a supermarket. I was disappointed as these were for my mums 50th birthday and the did not meet up to my expectations. The balloon I also brought was also very disappointing it looked like a big balloon on your website and it was a tiny little thing that was not worth the effort. This was not worth the money I paid and I will not be using your company again to buy flowers this was £50 that could of been used to buy something of better value.”
