“I was extremely disappointed with the flowers received. They were a birthday present, but looked cheap and I was somewhat embarrassed. I ordered because I wanted next day delivery and as it was on a Sunday, I had limited choices. Lesson learnt - I will make sure that I'm more organised next time! The bunch of flowers looked like they came from a petrol station and the accompanying vase wouldn't have been out of place in a 99p store. For the price and calibre of the store, I expected much more. I will not be ordering again.”

“Having paid an additional cost for a larger bouquet I was surprised to find that the bunch of flowers my friend received were nothing short of something you could purchase from Tesco, in store. Such a reputable company as Debenhams I thought I would receive a quality looking bunch that warranted the cost. Receiving this survey email has certainly felt a bit of salt in the wound as I had ordered the bouquet for my friend after a traumatic birth of her son. I do not expect a response to this but can advise I will not be purchasing from Debenhams flowers again!”

“I had ordered the flowers for my friend whose father had sadly passed away and had requested for them to delivered a few days before the funeral. Unfortunately, they did not arrive until two days after the delivery date I had been given, which I found disappointing. However, she did say that the flowers were lovely.”

“The flowers I ordered were for my daughter. Although I didn't see them myself she was very thrilled with the quality and freshness. We did have a bad experience a couple of years ago with flowers from you so was very pleased that this time they arrived safely.”

“I was disappointed and embarrassed because the flowers were to cheer up a daughter-in-law who was expecting her first baby but the baby arrived a week early on the day the flowers were delivered. Royal mail left a card explaining that a 'parcel' could be collected from Walthamstow Depot. By the time my son managed to get there the flowers were well past their best. J E Draper”

“Brought these for my Mum. Having brought flowers from a number of different stores, these were defiantly one of the best bunches. They arrived well packed and looking fresh and classy. Mum reports they have lasted very well and in my view worth the £.”

“I ordered a chocolate bouquet which resembled the one advertised, delivery was good, the greeting card with the birthday message on was in very tiny print, looked ridiculous. In retrospect my purchase wasn't worth the price i paid, the bouquet needs to be razzled up a bit and contain more chocolate.”

“I ordered a large bouquet from Debenhams thinking Reputable Company Reliable Sadly I was wrong The flowers were ordered as a surprise to be delivered on a Sunday THE DAY AFTER which I paid extra for I also requested to leave in a safe place if no one was home Tuesday came still no flowers !! After making numerous phone calls and sending emails all of which were automated ( frustrating had I been able to speak to someone the situation could have been resolved much quicker, as the flowers were being delivered to the wrong address , at which the driver felt there wasn't a safe place to leave JUST AS WELL OTHERWISE I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN I then received an email saying they had been left at a convenience store THESE WERE FLOWERS , FRESH FLOWERS WHY WOULD I WANT THEM DELIVERED NOW 3 DAYS LATE NOT ONLY THAT MY FRIEND DIDNT RECEIVE A CONSIGNMENT CARD TO TELL HER TO COLLECT YHEM FROM THE STORE BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS AT THE WRONG HOUSE IM SORRY BUT THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE DEBENHAMS FLOWERS”

“At the time of ordering I thought I was getting delivery within a couple of days (26/1/16). The confirmation then said delivery would be 28/1/16. I then got confirmation that delivery had taken place on 30/1/16. As these were condolence flowers I will not be checking the delivery date with the recipient, but I am disappointed with this process”

“I was told the flowers were much better quality than others I had sent previous years by leading suppliers so, I'm very happy . Will be using you again for sure . Thank you very much for a very reliable service , keeping me updated from order to delivery . First class service .”
