The flower bunch was a lot smaller than expected especially for the price! The flowers died in less than a week - the lilies didn't even open they had already died. Not happy and won't buy flowers from debenhams again!

Ordered flowers, chocolates and bottle of prosecco for mothers day and only the flowers turned up. I understand mistakes happen so I sent email to them and waited patiently for reply to get it sorted. I waited....and waited. I then tweeted my problems to be asked to email another address so they could chase it up. Only then did things get sorted and refund given. If things had been rectified earlier, fine, but to have to chase round for what you're owed is not acceptable. Won't use again and will stick with company I have always used in past and never had a problem with.

Flowers arrived 6pm at night on mothers day and. Flowers died within a day of arriving. I complained to Debenhams Flowers and they dealt with the complaint well and agreed to send a new bunch of flowers and some chocolates. However, again the flowers died within days. poor quality flowers.

A little disappointed with the size of the bunch, especially as extra was paid for a 'large'. It was delivered in time and apart from the size they were as pictured.

Ordered tulips for my Mum as a Mothers Day gift. They arrived on time and were as described - beautiful! Very happy with purchase and my Mum was a very happy lady. She tells me that the tulips remained fresh looking for well over a week. Would definitely use Debenhams flowers again.

Flowers did not arrive on the day requested and from the transit notes appeared to be sat in a Royal Mail depot for a day! Not what I would expect for a delivery of flowers.

I've used Debenhams Flowers twice now and in both cases the flowers have been awful and not what is shown on the screen. Whilst the paid fast delivery service is great and you can see when it would be delivered, the quality of the end product is poor. I tried them twice also, because some times companies have off days. However Debenham flowers seem to be consistent in providing a very poor quality product, even if the delivery service is A*! I would not recommend them as a company I would use again to arrange flower deliveries. I would avoid them at all cost!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for mothers day i sent an e-mail complaining about the size of the bouquet that i was not pleased at all i recieved an e-mail on the 7th march from the Debenhams Flowers Team and another e-mail from John customer service Assistant I have heard nothing since those date's WHY ? Mrs S Lloyd

The colours of the bouquet did not match the colours shown online, not as vibrant or as pretty. It was bought for my Mum for Mothers Day , very disappointing.

I wrote to you to explain my mother in law didn't receive flowers on mothers day and want a refund or flowers to her and me. Flowers were left in neighbours porch and she did not receive until end of following day. Do something Debenhams!! I am not happy!

Unfortunately the flowers were delivered the day after the requested delivery date. This meant the recipient was not at home to receive them as they had gone away overnight. The delivery person left the flowers outside the house where they would have stayed overnight on a freezing night had a neighbour not spotted them and taken them inside.

Terrible! I thought the flowers that arrived the quality where awful. Worse than that when I e mailed to complain, I didn't receive a reply from my e mail. Will not be using again. Put me off Debenhams completely, and I have used Debenhams for years.

Ordered flowers for a specific date and they were delivered on another day. Website asked if I wanted the flowers left on the door step if no one was at home, I said yes. I then received a message from the delivery company saying that they had been unable to leave them on the door step as this was against their policy. Contacted Debenhams to complain they offered a credit as a good will gesture. Weeks later I haven't received the credit. Suffice to say I won't be using them again or recommending them!

Flowers and balloon were good for price. Only one bad feedback i would say is not one person got back to me when I asked for a refund as I only orderd 2 and got charged for 3.

Very small bouquets for the price. Colors different to advertised on one bunch, the other bunch one of the main flower stems was broken.

I ordered 3 sets of different flowers and all 3 were terrible. They all had a few flowers already withered away and the bunches themselves were small, nothing like in the pictures online. Also only 1 out of the 3 bunches had a greetings card. I was very disappointed.
