“Arranging the flowers online was easy enough. The recipient was very happy. My only issue was that I like to receive confirmation emails and I did not. My email was correct as I received this questionnaire.”

“I very rarely leave feedback when I buy things but I felt I had to with these flowers - they were absolutely beautiful! The pastel shades worked so well together and the roses were excellent quality. They were arranged beautifully and came with a glass vase. I will be ordering all my flowers from Debenhams in the future! Thank you!”

“Feedback from my father (I sent the flowers to his wife during a very difficult time for her recently). He phoned to say they'd arrived asked me how much I paid as there were so few flowers . His words "lovely gesture but next time spend a tenner in M&S & post them yourself love, you've been overcharged". I truly felt awful.”

“Ordered peonies for my Daughter's birthday and as they are one of her favourite flowers I was so pleased that they arrived on time well packaged and in excellent condition and on this basis I would use Debehams flower service again”

“received flowers from Debenhams and was impressed and delighted, not only with the flowers but as to how long they lasted, I ordered a bouquet for my Daughters birthday, she also said what a beautiful bouquet and sent me a picture of the flowers. will be using you again.”

“I felt the flowers were easy to order and were delivered as agreed and Sunday delivery perfect for my son's birthday. I saw the flowers after the delivery - loved the presentation etc BUT The flowers were guaranteed for seven days - one flower wasn't that healthy on arrival and I removed it from the bunch immediately and another had to be removed from the bunch on Monday. I am disappointed with the quality of blooms - my experience of sunflowers is that they are usually robust and last for some time - hence I am very disappointed. I look forward to hearing from you.
