“Flowers only lasted 3 days and there were only 4 lillies and 4 roses normally go with M&S but thought would give Debenhams a go bad mistake”

“The card was not in the bouquet so they had no idea I'd sent it until I rang them but the flowers teddy and chocolates were lovely. It helped cheer them up when times were sad.”

“My friend sent me a picture of the flowers. I was very disappointed with the way they looked. They looked nothing like the picture on your website.....they looked very sparse. The bouquet on the picture looked beautiful, in real life they looked like they had been bought from a petrol station”

“They were beautiful, had them delivered t my dauter's workplace so everyone knew she was being spoilt, they arrived in good time, in beautiful condition and on time. My daughter loved them. The bouquet was huge and they lasted too. We're reLly please with Debenhams Flower Service ????”

“The plant (a rose) part of an 80th birthday gift was according to the lucky lady who received it beautiful. Plus it arrived early in themorning, I have used Debenhams before to send plants with mixed results, so I only send single orders not duplicates.”

Sorry to hear that. I should point out though that you chose the free untracked delivery service and we do advise that this can result in orders arriving late as it goes out in the normal post.

“The flowers were a gift for a special person's birthday, so it was imperative that there were of excellent quality, and arrived on the day specified. This Debenhams accomplished, and if my friend was happy, then so was I.”

“It was very easy to place the order and track delivery and when the flowers arrived they were beautiful. The prices are very competitive with other companies and I would definitely use Debenhams Flowers again. Excellent.”

“I placed order on your online portal, it advised me if I paid for the premium service the flowers would be delivered the next day, I placed order on a Friday evening. The flowers however where not delivered untill the Wednesday, I even raised complain and sent evidence of the screeen shot stating when order would be delivered, even after complaint heard nothing back. The flowered where pointless as arrived to late”

I'm genuinely sorry that your order didn't go as you'd hoped. The premium service guarantees delivery before 12 on the day of your choosing. According to our system and the order confirmation email you received, the date chosen was the date on which the flowers were delivered.

“I was able to send them to a friend who had recently moved quite a long way from me. The timing could not have been more perfect as they arrived on the day her other flowers had died. She said she was extremely pleased with the bouquet of Sunflowers and Lilies which were perfect and added to the delight of just moving to a new home.”

“I purchased the Ferraro rocher chocolate bouquet and for £34 I was shocked at what I got . It was ridiculously expensive and not value for money . It was for my daughters 16th so I didn't send it back. If it was for any other occasion I would have done .”
