“Promised and paid for next day delivery (Good Friday) never turned up til Saturday morning, missed the occasion for my partner. Disappointing”

“They look beautiful but the roses were already at the end of their life and after one and a half days are browning and almost dead. Very disappointing when I paid so much for a large bunch”

“My order was held at the post office for two days and flowers was dead because of that. Very bad experience as they tryed to deliver flowers 10 minutes before closing post office so had no chance to collect it anyway. Personally I think cut flowers shouldn't be delivered by post but courier. Inspite of paying extra for fast delivery I was disapinted and angry at the end.”

“Do not buy! Flowers were browning when arrived and only had 3 roses and 2 lilies in bouquet. Definitely not worth the money. Customer service non existent, took 2 weeks to reply to my complaint.”

“This is the first time I have used Debenhans for sending flowers for occasions, mainly in the UK. I am Britosh and resident in Japan. Having a trusted source to ensure prompt and welcome deliveries is important to me and I found Debenhams' flowers well up the the challenge. Our recipient was made very happy and I reckon the pricing is fair . I will use again. Rgds P. J. Pratley”

“I ordered flowers for mothers day, but they didn't turn up until 3 days later and the flowers were damaged and dying. I emailed twice to complain with no response. I called Debenhams Flowers to ask for a refund and waited 55 minutes on hold before giving up. I finally got a refund after calling the week after. Will certainly not use again.”
