The flowers did not stand out amongst the 6 other deliveries that my mother in law received although they were OK I thought that they would have been superior as many things are from Debenhams. Best wishes

I'd never bought flowers online before and as it was my Gran's birthday the following day, I wanted pretty flowers very quickly. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I'd have paid more for them! They're yet to bloom so have a lot of life left in them yet. I ordered them at 8pm and they were received at 1pm the following day - super smooth delivery. I'd definitely order from Debenhams Flowers again.

Very pleased with rate of delivery and messages to me re delivery, and great service for my second batch of flowers ordered at 8 pm yesterday delivered today, great service especially if you order before 9.00pm it all helps in case you absent mindedly forget an occasion.

I am extremely upset and appalled with the quality of flower delivery service. I have ordered Birthday bouquet for my mother-in-law, to be delivered on 23rd payed extra for designated delivery to be in time for her birthday on 24th. I received confirmation of delivery on 24th yet there was no acknowledgement for the gift from her. I've waited to contact her on Monday in case her has and took her away and leant that she had not received any flower nor notification slip. And she's been upset about not hearing from her son and his family on her birthday. I've spoken to one of your representative and discovered that flowers were left on "safe place". Later it found out flowers was left sitting on neighbours door step who was away on holiday. Not following the instruction is one thing, but why you never leave the notice slip of whereabout of the delivery? Why do you leave it to the neighbour who didn't answer the door? Whole thing is just unbelievable. I am really let down with this poor service. You have ruined her birthday and our well wish which is supposed to be beautiful and filled with smile. It was totally ruined by such a stupid mistake which was completely avoidable. I understand mistakes can happen. What I'm upset about you have committed to be a part of people's celebration of life, take on board the responsibility, and made nothing in place to secure delivery. And please don't start blaming Royal Mail, it's Debenams responsibility what sort of delivery method to take on. Really you only have one chance to make it right - upgrade flowers and box of chocolate really doesn't compensate the ruined birthday, also the permanently ruined trust and image to Debenhams.

We're sorry to hear that the delivery didn't go as planned. Unfortunately there will be the odd occasion where deliveries won't be successful. All we can do is minimise those events and resolve them when they occur, both of which we are firmly committed to.

When the flowers were received they were really nice, my fiancée was very happy with them. Unfortunately though after less than 24 hours parts of the roses seemed to start dieing. Petals were falling off quickly also. I would expect a little longer.

Sorry to hear about that. You're right to expect roses to last longer than 24 hours. We pride ourselves on the long life of our flowers. If you ever buy from us again and unlucky enough for the same thing to occur please contact us straight away so we can help you.

Wasn't impressed with the flowers at the price I paid! Won't be using debenhams again for flowers!! I have had much better flowers from other retailers!

Hi Thank you for your services I have used u from Australia to celebrate my English friends & family several times The only suggestion I could make is that you get an English contact Phone No, if as happened this time, my son was not at home when you delivered & the gift was left next-door A phone No would give u the chance to check when to deliver. Lovely flowers sent through the post. I would point out that when these are sent through normal post that you take into consideration when your daily post is delivered. Ours is not until 1 o'clock in the afternoon - which was fine with us but may not be ok is you need anything delivered earlier.

Hi, sorry to hear there was some confusion over who had sent the flowers. When ordering, you are given the option to write a message which is included with the flowers. If one isn't completed, then it's blank. Apologies if this wasn't clear when ordering. Kind Regards, Customer relations

Excellent flowers delivered within the given timescale. They have lasted well and still look good some 10 days after delivery. I would use Debenhams Flower Service again. Thank you.

Dream Tulips were gorgeous, my mum loved them. I purchased the smallest bouquet and she managed to fill three vases!!!

Disappointing. Flowers are not great - and they failed to send me the dispatch email so I was worried the flowers hadn't been sent. Then they told me I wasn't entitled to a dispatch email as I hadn't paid enough for delivery, even though they had sent me an email saying I would get a dispatch email - which is why I worried when I didn't get one. The man I spoke to was not reassuring. I later responded negatively to a request for feedback and was sent an additional bouquet as an apology. The "sorry" flowers were much, much nicer than the regular monthly flowers, which arrive in poor condition.
