Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Purchased a laptop online then discovered a payment error when I received invoice. I then phoned to try rectify this..then phoned again....and again... and again.....6 times over two days and every time I was assured the manager was dealing with my complaint and would call me back prompto. Three days later I am still waiting for him to contact me. Shocking service from such a reputable retailler.....needless to say I will be shopping elsewhere from now on but I will be taking this matter further as I want back what I have been overcharged! STEER CLEAR OF DEBENHAMSPLUS!

Appaling service. I ordered 3 items from debenhams plus end of August and was told they will be delicvered all together on 1 Oct. On that day I waited at home from 8-6 and the goods never arrived. I called them at 4 and they said they would contact the supplier and call me back. Never happened. The day after (another day AL!) I received 1/3 items but not the other 2. Again their calling centre was most unhelpful. Wish I hadread reviews before buying from their website! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

The worst service that Ihad ever had. Returned a laptop that did not work and have been fobbed off for a week, with them blaming me. Donot buy from this company, read reviews first. I know that I should have done.

I had bought Chanel perfume in newcastle debenham store from 24 February 2013.but I hadn't used its yet @ hadn't look inside of purchase .I just found its on 16 June 2013 that I got the wrong perfume.But I already open its @not used it yet.I phone to customer service and told them the story.Staff told me to go to store to change its.but when I go to store staff at Chanel told me I can't exchange because its already open.But when I bought its I show bottle of perfume that I want .She give me the wrong one .i through she is staff at the counter shouldn't give me the wrong one. And staff just tell me I need to check its before i paid ..and look on the name of the perfume.Make me Very very dissappoint to your staff to talk to the customer like this.Because your staff hadn't show me when I bought she just wrap its and put in bag...your staff should check its give the right one to customer. It made bad experience to me..I'm its customer with Debenham for longtime.im not gonna buy anything with your store anymore .I will go to Fenwick or Johnlewis..

I bought a Tovhiba TV 32BV501B last year (still in warranty), but it is not working properly, and I only have it for 10 months. I tried to contact Toshiba for repair/service, but still after 2 months they are not doing anything. I contacted Debenhams then, because they say in their site that if the manufacturer is not helping, they will replace/refund the TV...that is NOT TRUE!! They replied after 6-8 emails that I sent them, and they said that they can only do if I provide them with a "reference letter" from Toshiba...but of course Toshiba said that they have never done something similar, and that 'letter' does not exist for them!!! I will NEVER buy anything from Debenhams Plus again, and of course nothing from Toshiba!!! Such a waste of money and my time!!

I have been ordering (online) with debenhams for the past three years. I am very happy with most of the purchases. However, I have noticed that since the slight changes with the site format have been implemented, many of my orders have been cancelled. Nonetheless, I have had some very good purchases and will order from debenhams in the future.

I recently ordered an Travel system from Debenhams Plus. They claim to deliver on next day but they took 2 days to process the order and delivery is disappointing. I had make at least 5 calls to the delivery company and three call to Debenhems still not received the order. Only buy if you can wait for a week and have lots of time to follow up.
