“Quite surprised/confused that I received really decent customer service, considering all the negative reviews on here I was dreading dealing with the returns process but after getting a dodgy Electriq TV from them I requested a return and sent them pictures of the problem, took a few weeks but they sent someone to collect it and on the same day I got an email saying the refund had been processed. Not saying this redeems them as a company as people are clearly having a LOT of problems with them, and I find the fact they are just Buy It Direct/Appliances Direct/Laptops Direct paying to use the Debenhams brand to imply quality is quite sketchy, but my experience was pretty smooth.”

“I have been ordering (online) with debenhams for the past three years. I am very happy with most of the purchases. However, I have noticed that since the slight changes with the site format have been implemented, many of my orders have been cancelled. Nonetheless, I have had some very good purchases and will order from debenhams in the future.”
