“I give up!! Absolutely terrible website, so slow, very frustrating to try and view something then return back to the items I was initially viewing. You have to start all over again. I could spend a lot of Money if it was a decent website. Debenhams could make a lot of money if it was working properly.”

“Website does not work. Earlier this year managed to order items.although slow you could persevere.now you just give up. Lags behind, sends you to the wrong page. Impossible. Maybe they don't want anyone to buy anything. Emailed them and rhey said it works fine for them and refresh the page. Doesn't work so clearly not interested in getting it sorted and want to lose money”
“Spent one hour
trying to place order on the website, extremely slow and then it totally lost my order , such a waste of time. Tried again, same thing happened. I emailed and they said the site is superfast so the error was with my browser not them. Please sort this out as I am not placing any more orders until site improves. Website is not fit for purpose.”
