“Website very very slow!
This has been going on for years now. Hate looking at anything because of the website speed. Get new faster servers, get new IT department, just get it sorted, it's not that difficult.”
“How does anyone buy anything from Debenhams website??? Literally can't click on anything, it jumps about, freezes....absolutely useless. Heading to a clothing website that actually works!”
“Purchasing through the website was easy. Update on delivery was a bit chaotic, initially confirming delivery, then stating it was delayed. However, it came as per original time frame. My biggest complaint is that Evri just threw or dropped my parcel over the fence and left it lying in the rain. It was only be chance I seen it in the garden. Debenhams needs to talk to Evri and ensure this practice stops.”

“I ordered Boots from Debenhams online. They were went from Clinkards. I have had to pay the return postage for these boots that do not fit correctley on the calf area. Very nice boots but too narrow on the legs. I am dissapointed with Debenhams who should advertise on the first page that most of the orders come direct from the provider. That customers will have to pay return postage.”
“Utterly embarrassing company! Completely inexcusable to have a website so poor and unusable in 2023! Debenhams are Very Happy to take payment for goods, once you have spent 2 hours navigating your way round their mistakes, but then inevitably provide such poor, inadequate after sales. Debenhams used to be my favourite 'Go to' store but now I shop elsewhere. What a real shame Debenhams ☹️”

I used to buy all my underwear n swimwear from the store now I order online but I have to have 2hrs spare to do it. Its horrendous, goes all over the place then its lost and u start all over again. But the delivery drivers left at my front door whilst I was on holiday as when I tracked my parcel there was a photo of the parcel at my door which was closed .
When I came home from holiday the parcel was not on my door step !
I have tried to contact Debenhams with 7 emails also via instragram to be ignored .
This courier should have not left at my door as they are supposed to leave in a hall way or opened door .Debenham’s are ignoring me emails

“This is the most frustrating site ever !!! It bounces from place to place and is SO difficult to navigate.
I loved the store, in fact it was always my "go to " shop but I've given up with the website.

“I ordered some items paid for next day delivery. Ok I was expecting maybe not next day because of strikes, but maybe day after. Now it’s been 3 days. It’s impossible to fill out the contact form to find out where items are. It asks me for a phone number, but there is no box to fill in phone number. Then it says order no. is wrong, but it is not wrong. Going around in circles. I bet it will then be a nightmare to return, when I eventually get the items!!!!”

“Appalling customer service!! I would have given 0 stars if I could. My order was send to the wrong address (billing address instead of shipping address). I understand that mistakes happen, but if company deals with issues appropriately, it is not a problem. In this case its been beyond any belief. There is no customer service as such, no contact number, no live chat support, no complaints department that i can find. There is an option online to send an email. I sent one but no reply at all. The only way I managed to get any response is via Twitter! This is ridiculous. Every message takes a day to get a reply, every message is dealt with by different people (means you have to constantly repeat the same thing over and over again). Now it's been 5 days I don't have my order, it cannot be redirected anywhere and now I was told that they will try to stop the delivery and refund the order when they receive it back from courier BUT this is not guaranteed! This is not to mention all the contradictory messages on the way and me being pushed from pillar to post between the courier (Evri) and Debenhams. Extremely disappointed.”
“Because of the website I will not be using Debenhams. Whichever company Debenhams pays to maintain its site need to be got rid of sharpish. It really is the worst website you could possibly think of. Slow to the extent that you think its your Browser which is at fault but nope, it's just a bad bad sote”
