“Sent wrong item and had to return to shop, no customer services desk so had to use payment tills, staff very helpful and reordered correct item only to receive email later on to say it was now no longer available. Other items bought were OK and there was a good selection of gods in the shop and online. Apart from one item still pleased.”

“I have a disability so online shopping is a real help to me. this week I have ordered twice online and also have been into your store and bought other Christmas gifts and the service has been good in all transactions. the only complaint I have is that there was only one design of boys pyjamas age (2 to 3) and 2 in the girls ( 6 to 7) and they weren't in the store which was very confusing. I bought some jumpers for myself and the same style was in 2 places with different shades in each. I didn't like the first shades and was leaving when I just saw 2 other colours and I bought one of them - not a very good way of displaying things.”

“Really dreadful customer service. Part of my order was not delivered and when I checked after a couple of days it had been returned by the courier. 20 mins wait to speak to customer service to find they wouldn’t send a replacement, and over two weeks later and after constant emails I am still waiting for them to credit my card. Such a shame as they have put me off ever ordering again. My Daughter actually works for them and in store their customer service seems good. Online it’s the worst I’ve ever experienced”

It was fabulous the girl Haley was loverly explained everything I wanted to try there products as I felt I needed a change from my usual but wasn't sure which I needed . great reviews on line so thought I would give it a try so glad I did Haley was great the skin products were lovely on my skin I'm going to purchase them on Black Friday ( gave me samples to try as well)never wore makeup in my life it looked fabulous well done Haley I will certainly recommen you and will soon be back for my Xmas present s from my family”
