“I had trouble buying online as my browser was not compatible at that time, but the members of the sales team I spoke to regarding a number of purchases (and a swap for different size) were most courteous and very helpful. I have bought a number of items from Debenhams and delivery, tracking and no qualms about exchange or refunds, has been excellent - will certainly buy again. Very pleased.”

“My order arrived with a missing item .I appreciate this can happen. As it did not say to follow or out of stock I called customer service and a replacement arrived next day without a problem. As it was not suitable I returned two separate parcels to Debenhams via Royal Mail .The tracking information advises it arrived back at Debenhams on 04/08/2017.After contacting customer service several times by email I am still trying to get credit on the 'reordered item. The other item was credited after my first email .I have now sent a written complaint but as yet have not heard anything and it is now the 22/08/2017.appalling service.”
“Debenhams is an institution and it makes me happy that they have survived this long. They do not have enough staff on the shop floor but you can always rely on getting a good choice in store. Quality can be an issue but they usually are quick to exchange or refund.”
