The trainers bought were very good value and I am really pleased with them. However I ordered these online in store on a Saturday, my estimate delivery was Wednesday, when I had heard nothing the following Saturday I enquired in store. They didn't know anything about it. It then took until the Monday after I spoke to the warehouse it appeared that the order had been in store for sometime.

it was ok but one of the bolts provided had a bad thread so wasnt really usable but everything else is fine

Would have been a 5 but I was disappointed with how long it took for my order to be dispatched. I only ordered online as it said 1-2 days whilst placing, it then didn't get delivered until day 4 so I was nervous I wouldn't have my stuff for the trip that weekend. Good products though... Shame about the slow confirmation and dispatch processes

Order took a week to arrive and then I had to contact the store to check if item had arrived.Also e-mail alert never arrived or text.

Not impressed with the confused information relating to projected delivery dates given on the website at time of order. Online service gives date X, only to be given date Y when it comes to delivery despatch. Not good if you are relying on date to meet a deliver timescale in time for a birthday present for example (as we did).

It didnt make me happy. Half the items were out of stock and the roll matt was a different size to the one pictured, making it useless for me.

The boots I bought are great and such good value for money. Unfortunately your survey is very poor as it doesn't allow me to to tell you what was poor about my in store experience and why I won't be in a rush to go back. The pay tils at the Giltbrook store in Nottingham have been changed to mainly self serve. Unfortunately I had done click and collect and had to wait for ages in a very long queue for one member of staff to deal with us. This included her going off around the store to find items for a customer in front. Not a good experience and not one I particularly want to repeat, I have better things to do.

I received what I ordered when the estimated time stated it would arrive. However I've just noted that there is no place to tell you how to improve, which is the entire point of reviews. Next day click and collect would be good.

All ways fast service at the tills but in the bike section, not so much. They need someone on the desk serving customers instead of the bike technicians ignoring you while they work on someones bike.
