“I am 65years old and bought a Tribord snorkel mask after seeing one on your website. I have at last had a chance to snorkel for the first time and this was the answer I had been looking for as I could not cope with the usual mask/tube and was scared! I have just had a great time in Maldives and have seen fish under water for the first time! Thanks”

“I ordered on-line and the parcel was delivered to the wrong house (as per Royal Mail tracing system) - so I had to contact Decathlon again to re-organise the order - this was done in an eye blink by one single customer service advisor with no questions asked - and the new parcel was delivered in 48 hours by courier - OUTSTANDING (Then I found out where the original order had been delivered and returned it) Bravo Decathlon - That is the epitome of customer service - I will be back”

“We recently bought a bike pump from Decathlon's Bolton store. When we tried to pump up a tyre we found that we couldn't. We emailed the customer service team, who immediately offered advice. Unfortunately we still couldn't pump the tyre up. Customer services offered to replace the pump, which they set up beforehand so the valve was right for our bikes.Within one week we had a replacement pump which works. I cannot fault them.”
