I was very disappointed in the sizing I bought a gilet and jodhpurs for my 13 year old granddaughter I bought age 14yrs and they were not suitable they were very small the gilet looked more like a 8 or 9 year old and the jodhpurs were very short. she is not a large girl so very disappointing.

I placed two separate orders of five kits of bow and arrows from the website as Christmas presents. The items were delivered to the recipients of the gifts to save me money and so it was not until they were opened that I discovered they were all the wrong arrows. The presents were gifts for children age 10-13 and I specifically ordered arrows that had suckers on the ends to prevent any harm. ALL of the arrows delivered had pointed ends are are extremely dangerous in the wrong hands. I have not had the time nor the energy to battle with Decathlon over the web ordering process but the images on the website were NOT the same as the item delivered and I now have several family members unable to use their present because they need constant adult supervision. Really, really disappointed.

Decathlon may be good, but very disappointed with the Shetland headcollar and lead rope. Suggest the person responsible for buying the horse related items for the company has equine experience as this product is not what I was expecting.

After ordering my stuff and paying for it because I didn't collect within the required "5" days my stuff got sent back and I was refunded and had to start all over again. If I have paid for the order what difference does it make when I collect it?

Most of the items I ordered were either much too big or much too small. The sizing was quite hard to gauge so unfortunately have to return items. For all the promo on the website about easy returns , 365 days etc I could not find any info about whether it was freepost or not. This is pretty standard for most companies & despite it not being clear on the website I've assumed I need to pay for the postage myself. I'm in Plymouth so no chance of returning for free in store.

I have purchased a tennis personal coach over the internet and it is no different than any other website. Delivery was very good but after facing problems, I went to the store and it was great to deal with customer service. The low score is because I had problems with the system and have reported, received reference numbers and, more than a week later, no reply. This makes your customer service a shambles in my opinion.

I ordered a pair of riding boots, I was sent a pair of right footed boots, these were returned and a second pair of boots were sent only this time it was a pair of left footed boots, third time lucky a pair of boots arrived this time the correct size and the correct feet configuration. All in all a very poor service, clearly they have staff with either a pair of right feet or a pair of left feet, very strange.

Bought the product for a gift which is very good but it got delivered to the incorrect address about 30 miles away, took several phone calls to the delivery company charged at a high rate which cost me over £5.50 to finally have the item delivered nearly two weeks later one day after my daughters birthday. Very disappointed on this occasion.

Ordered some flip flops on the 17th Nov. Heard nothing for 3 weeks. No emails. Went into store to ask about order to be told that it was probably held up in France. Then on 6th Dec receive an email saying my refund has been processed. No explanation as to why. Lucky I didn't need the item urgently. Won't use again.

Bought a replacement outdoor cover for out table tennis table. The price, buying process and delivery were excellent. However the cover has only been on the table for about 2 weeks and already on of the elasticated straps has broken meaning the cover blows off whenever there is a gust of wind. Am looking at how I can repair it myself as I don't want to go through the hassle of trying to return it.

Took longer to be delivered than expected. Turned up damaged. Ended up having to visit a branch much further away and buy another. Took too long for the refund to be paid

I ordered for in-store collection. Weeks after placing my order I still hadn't received an email to say it had arrived. When I called the store they said they hadn't received it yet, customer services phone line said they had. When I finally got my order they had sent the wrong size and it was such a long time since I ordered that they had no remaining stock to replace it with. I had to go to sports direct instead, which I was trying to avoid in the first place!

Though the products seem excellent, the use of the website could be improved. Pictures of arrows for children had to be expanded to see whether they had a notch or not, so it is possible to order the wrong type. The type we wanted was not available online. We could buy the bow but not the arrows for it. Not good!
