“Easy to use shopping and good selection of products. Deducting one star for delay in processing my order after payment for fraud checking. Seeing as how I was paying via PayPal, I was not happy about this.”

“Ordered online for an item that was in stock in the Lakeside store. Went to collect and was told that the item had not yet arrived but could be sold one from stock. So I had to buy one from stock, cancel the online order and wait 5 days for a refund. The logic of this is baffling to me.”

We are determined to make the process faster for our customers therefor we have introduced the option for selecting stock in store, which would allow for the customer to collect parcel the same day. “The site is great, the products we purchased seem to be very robust (our Son has not tried them yet as they are Christmas presents), but the packaging was horrific. The box the bike and scooter arrived in looked like it had arrived via a warzone. The driver even suggested I open the package completely to check the contents before he left (which was good of him).”

“The member of staff who served me showed excellent product knowledge and she asked all the right questions relating to my requirements. I left the store in Team Valley with confidence that my purchase of a particular base layer was the right choice. Proof of this has been in the wearing of the item on several occasions and I have not been disappointed yet. Thank you!”
