I think Decathlon is very good for a great number of sports and cycling is my main one. There is a good selection of cycling equipment and the Staff in store are very helpful. I find the prices for components and clothing very competitive. Decathlon also has a very good return policy for clothing and components. I highly recommend this company.

I feel extremely disappointed about Decathlon online store system. Really poor build, confusing and wrongly related links. So shame about this store! I was expecting a clearer system, more efficient and easy to use. I am totally not happy with the way your website is build, very confusing and unclear. several links for the same details, but these links are well hidden in different places. Poor management of the website system!!! I have changed/updated several months ago my details address under “my personal details” link. However, who would think that there is another, totally different place, under another link, few rows down the same page, link that has again two address option: one for billing and one for delivery address. Ok, I would say, you want to have the option to add more addresses, that is a good idea. But why on earth this has to be in a totally different place, under a different link, and to create the “my address book” as a separate option? Why someone who changes the address in one place has to go and walk through the rest of website under a different link to do so. Why not in the same place, under the same already opened page, on “my personal details”, why has to be separate? And you would go to check a different link only if presumingly you have already thought that “it has to be another place, this one here is not enough” for more updates on my details/address. What is this?...a catch 22 game? Whoever build this web system need to go back on school for basic web development principles. If this system is clear and intuitive I am the Pope, the bishop of Rome… which I am not. If you restructure the system of your website I might return back to you if not …I am happy with amazon online store. Sincerely yours, CostinD

Great selection of sports gear and fantastic prices. Customer service great too. My only complaint would be that sizes are smaller than expected and this can cause problems especially when ordering online. Returns are easy though.

I've been shopping a Decathlon for a couple of year now and I honestly have never had a bad experience or more importantly a bad product...highly recommend. Great value, great products and fab service!

Triban 540 Road Bike ordered. Delivery wasn't particularly fast and when the bike arrived it had a small chip on the cross bar. So why 5 Stars... Decathlon bent over backwards to rectify the fault. They instantly offered a number of solutions, from a full refund to a partial refund if I kept the bike. Without asking, they even offered to a the next model up (as my one was out of stock). Unsuppased after sales care, which in today's cut throat market place is so often lacking. Thanks Decathlon, 'I will be back'!

My items didn't turn up! I got the email to say they were dispatched but they never got delivered. The next thing I knew I had been given a refund! So I am still in need of my cycle equipment.

Perfect customer service. When horse ridding shoes appeared to have a defect, customer service offered an immiediate replacement or refund. Items that I've bought were very high quality & affordable. I highly recommend Decathlon !

Just received an XL jacket, the quality looks quite good but the size is way out. I have had Medium size jackets bigger than this, i just hope that the next size up fits. Its a bit annoying that you have to pay for the return cost as most mail order firms now are free returns.
