“Item was guarenteed delivery. Arrived nearly a week after that. Had to spend £12 on data as I was abroad to sort out friends to collect. When they tried they were denied the package. Terrible service and minimal communication from you.”

“My initial order was very good, easy to place the order and delivery was punctual and straight forward. Unfortunately I had to request a change of size for two items. This process was not so straight forwards. After three weeks from sending the items back and having no acknowledgement of receipt I e-mailed my concern and got no reply. I had to telephone to get a responce, and only then was the exchange processed.”

“The running, hiking, climbing and mountaineering Decathlon products that I have used have continually proven themselves to be of excellent quality despite being considerably less expensive than similar offerings from other manufacturers. My only criticism would be that there isn't enough information about some of the products: there aren't any reviews by mainstream hobby magazines or bloggers etc and there isn't enough information about some of the fabrics on the Simond jackets: for example, how to care for the waterproof material and specifics about the elusive "Novadry" fabrics used. More information would encourage consumers to buy your products more often.”
