“I wanted to buy some mittens for the winter but there was a limited selection in store. There was a larger selection on line and I ordered a pair, size L. However, on receipt the mittens were too small. I'm not a big person, 1.70m, with "normal" size hands so I was disappointed that the large size didn't fit.”

“The order was fulfilled as required however it took too long for the order to be delivered to Asda for collection. I think you should aim to improve the click and collect time line, use Amazon as a benchmark.”

“I ordered two me a medium tops, they arrived but were incredibly small. I paid to return the items and then after a 2 week delay two small tops arrived. This was Xmas Eve. Eventually a week later two large tops arrived. A long, drawn out and expensive order!!”
