“Your equipment clothing and products are all at the right price for everybody with enjoy sports of their choice and if you ever build Decathalon in Canteberry or in the area of CT1 .I might even leave my job to join your company”

“Ordered 3 pairs of shorts - quality good. Sizes poor though - either large or extra small with little in between, Have to return two as they are way too big. Annoyed at having to pay postage to return. Surely collection service should incorporate free returns? cheap prices, good service but need to look at returns policy!”

We are aware that many of our locker deliveries we delayed as the parcels were in an incorrect status with the delivery companies and unfortunately none of the parties were advised by the system. “Do not order online. I ordered a bike as a Christmas present with expected delivery 19 December, 21 December still no bike - after multiple phone calls it became clear the bike wouldn't arrive in time so I advised customer service I could travel one hour to my nearest store on Christmas Eve to collect the bike - the lady was supposed to call me back to confirm stock, she didn't. Several phone calls later the bike arrive 6 Jan. It was THE WRONG BIKE!!!!!!! 10 days later I am still waiting on a refund. Infuriating having to type communication via an online form because no-one at customer service answers the telephone. Such a waste of time/disappointing Christmas/in-resolved problem/terrible customer service.”
