“I got through to a REAL person when I tried to ring Croydon branch. They were helpful, courtious and followed through on everything. I felt as if I had real service. Website was a bit tricky to understand/ nagivate... 2 items 2 orders cos one in stock and the other wasn't (except when I checked the check which branch, croydon had it, but still had to have different type of order... v confusing!!) I don't really like your website.”
