"Very disappointed! The company does not abide by its own standards! \r\nIn January 2021 I purchased an ' Acrylic and Alimimium' Door Sign and was delighted with it, it looked very smart alongside my front door. \r\nHowever, 16 months on it has deteriorated so badly that I have had to remove it.\r\nI have contacted DecoMatters customer services 3 times and they refuse to replace or reimburse me saying the sign is out of its 1 year warranty. \r\nThe item is described as, and I quote 'perfect for external mounting on your home, beautifully made and made from Acrylic and Aluminium Metal.'\r\nPlease see the attached photographs. \r\nThis sign is obviously faulty, not fit for purpose, does not comply to your advertising and does not conform to current sales and trading standards. \r\nIt would appear that other customers have had the exact same experience and problem yet you continue to advertise it on your website. \r\nShockingly bad !"

"Glass house sign. Just 13 months after delivery, so is just out of warranty period, black tape on Decomatters house sign has peeled away and sign is now unreadable. Because it\u2019s out of warranty Decomatters refuse to do anything. Dreadful quality and customer service!"

"I ordered a door sign which arrived in the arranged time , put the sign up and after 6 weeks the lettering started to fall off , 5 months on its completely blank, total waste of money, do not buy anything from this scam company"
