I have been ordering from these guys for awhile now . Always great products , sales , and prices with prompt delivery , and orders are always well packaged ! Recently I messed up and had a " whoops ! " moment " where I inadvertently duplicated a completed order while just trying to add an item . In other words I had two nearly duplicated orders charged to my credit card , which I did not want at all ! I called DTT's customer service number and spoke to Rhet , and explained my screw-up , and the unwanted order was cancelled , and the charge removed from my credit card within the hour ! These are some good folks people ! I highly recommend them !

last two months I have ordered 2 80% uppers and some accessories first order it was ran late I called to check status and they were oh yeah it's late it shipped very next day so okay a bump in the road it happens so I ordered another and it ran late I called to check status again just to find out it was on back order no call or email telling me it was back ordered customer service was very poor telling me they will look into my order and I will call you back 2 days later no call this went on for a week so I asked about canceling my order sense nobody would communicate I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee even though order was several weeks late and they couldn't give me a ETA on my back order but to my surprise order shipped after I wanted to cancel they really need to fix there customer service so would i order from them again I doubt it once your order has been placed your money is held hostage until they ship your order
