“I ordered 9mm lower on 1/29/24. Today is 2/26/24 and still don't have it. I asked the person on the phone if my lower would be able to ship to my FFL. They said yes 12 days later I called they said it can't ship there. So then I asked for them to refer a gun shop and they did. Some time later I called them to see what is going on. They told me it has not shipped and wasn't even put together. Now I'm left with a tracking number that goes to the website and shows me error and that's it. I have spent and ordered a lot of gun parts from online. Like PSA/MMc/pew pew Tactical and they get to me within 3 to 5 days and have never had this problem........”

“While the products are always as described and of good quality. The customer service sucks, no other way to put it. I ordered a stripped lower LR-308 on April 2, 2023 and as of this posting, April 28, it has not arrived at the FFL. I understand that they cannot ship until they receive the required paperwork from the FFL but the received that on April 12. This is a stripped lower, it only needs to go in a box and be on it's way. When I call it always says no customer service representatives available at this time. I had to email 3 times to get a response that they are waiting on the FFL, I called the FFL and they had sent the required paperwork the week prior. I emailed back and they confirmed they had received it but still had not shipped. I've used DDT before and always had quick service. If they are that busy, it means business must be good, HIRE MORE PEOPLE.”

It's 6:30 pm now l got an email saying it's out for delivery and I got another email saying it would ne here today but its looking like it's not coming today so now I have to waste all day tomorrow waiting around. All this because of their policy. Signature required is something that the customer chooses not the sender. If it werent for this they would be ok but making someones wait around all day and the following day is bad amd totally rude and unacceptable.Order from them if you want. I wont be ordering anymore.”
“They wait two weeks after getting your money to ship your order. You get a notice saying your order has shipped when you shouldnhave already had it a week ago. This is a company anti customer policy that PSA also uses and the reason I left them. I was hoping delta team tactical would be better but just like Palmetto state they have good products and good prices but you have to loan them money for two weeks in order for them to send what you paid for. “You place an order after fighting with their website and after 7 days or so you begin to wonder where your order is because you should have it by now so you check and find out it hasnt been shipped yet. There is absolutely no excuse for this. It is an anti customer policy that they have decided to use. Give us your money and dont expect anything soon. It's some sort of new age way of doing business they are trying to push on customers so they have the control and it is a privilege for you to be able to do business with them. Big mistake. They wont be around in a year when competing agaisnt companies that ship the same day like they should.”

Although, they will send you a DOZEN emails every day marketing items….. What’s the point trying to sell the public more merchandise that you cannot deliver in a reasonable amount of time. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them in the past 3 years….. That ended a week ago. My time is far more valuable than the small savings that I might get by ordering from them. Also, check their Better business bureau records. Almost 300 complaints in just a few years. The VAST MAJORITY of them are “unresolved”. Just don’t.”
“Besides a decent price on something on occasion, delta team tactical is horrible! I gave them a few chances to change my opinion but they just do not care about customer service or gaining new customers. Twice when I've placed an order it took well over the 6-9 business days they tell you it will take for your item to ship. 1st time, it took 5 weeks to get a drop in trigger, then 4 weeks to get a stock. Then yesterday I get an email from them stating they're having "their biggest sale ever on handguards" 20% off handguards! I've actually been looking to get a new handguard so I go on their website, pick out one I like, enter the discount code, and it tells me it's invalid for this item!?!! After I contact customer service, they tell me the discount code is only good for certain handguards (about 8-10 handguards) out of nearly 100.... Uh... Ok.... But that's y'all's biggest sale ever on handguards!? Misleading advertisment!! I'm done with DTT!!”
“I was under the impression that DELTA WAS A REPUTABLE. COMPANY. I, ORDERED 6 SPRINGS SETS THAT WERE ON SPECIAL ,AND THEY ONLY SENT ONE SET. AFTER SENDING SEVERAL EMAILS. you will be waiting a while to get said items 12-25days if lucky. the customer supported just ignores your issues, just a bot sends an email back saying they received your issue. then they never talk to you again. they take your money and run. and you wait for days for your items. if you have issue with items you ordered they will not care. you can send as many emails you want; they will not respond.
they send wrong products when told to send the one need for said item in their inventory.

“I have placed 2 orders with DTT and cancel the first because it was taking so long. Said I would not order from them again, not being to smart I placed a 2nd order which as been since the a month on what was a in stock item. E-mail with them is slower that snail mail. If I am every going to place an order for parts IT WILL NOT BE WITH THEM! Being burned twice from them is my fault. I have learned my lesson.
