“Ordered two DTT AR15 complete build kits and put on PSA stripped lowers for my sons, I built them, did not have DTT assemble them. DTT offers more free float handguards options in kits than PSA and at better prices. Shipping was in about 2 weeks, when you get delivery tracking change shipping to a FedEx location (walgreens for me LOL) if you have to sign for orders. Everything was included as promised, rifles shot well and were accurate. Ran 250+ rounds through both without any issues at all using good ammo and magpul magazines. Seeing all these poor reviews, not my experience. Takes them a day to reply to emails or chat if you have questions, pretty standard. My guess is some people order AR parts and kits online and have no patience, I get it but even Amazon takes a couple weeks or so and they are a trillion dollar company. Dont be scared by the poor reviews.”

“I would say as a whole they do well, and I haven’t had issues with the rifles much. However I would strongly suggest whoever purchased something there that has been installed to double check everything.
Seems like other reviews and my experience as well is whoever builds these things doesn’t seem to have the attention to detail you’d expect from a firearm related company.

From 7.62x39's to .308 battle rifles it has all worked. Does it require attention on your part during assembly... yes it does. The kits they sell are a good starting point for any build as I upgrade/modify all my weapons. Again... shipping can be problematic but will continue to use them.”

I am giving four stars for shipping is not super fast but I do realize that at the time there was, and still is, a lot for turmoil in shipping parts. “Well, as others have stated, I'm not one to write reviews and that usually goes for the good and the bad. I think it's related to not having enough data to make a fair assessment and I only sought out the reviews for this organization after I experienced an issue w/ an upper receiver I'd purchased from DTT. Once I read the reviews, I was overly concerned, I wasn't going to see a positive resolution to my situation, which consisted of an assembled upper and an issue w/ the gas tube. While it took some back and forth via email, providing photo's, and specific details to my situation, they were very receptive and willing to resolve my issue, this despite, being outside the warranty period due to unrelated delays completing my lower. I was provided a mailing label, promptly packed and shipped the upper receiver back, where they examined the issue, corrected and promptly shipped it back. All in all, the process took slightly over 30 days, which wasn't a huge concern for me, I just wanted a properly functioning upper receiver.
So again, after reading all the negative reviews, I felt compelled to add my first time purchasing experience with DTT and not having any insight to some of the others who have had issues. My first purchase was not perfect which is why I took a star off however, once I realized an issue existed w/ the upper, I reached out to them, and it was made right.
I will continue to purchase from them and have nowhere near written them off based on their willingness to listen and correct my issue when it was properly detailed. Plus their prices are very competitive and easy on my bank account so anyone who's on the fence and doubting this organization, as I started too, don't. Do yourself a favor and save a few bucks where you can, hand to God!”
“I was skeptical about ordering after all the horror stories. I wanted to build a 6MM ARC upper and they had the least expensive on the net. Everything but the BCG for 250.00 plus tax. I went ahead and paid a credit card the amount that it would cost for my debit card, just in case something went wrong the transaction I could make a disput. Well, a week in I got a notification the order was received, a couple day later a tracking number, and a total of 2 weeks later it arrived. Don't expect it to be ightning fast and I wasnt. I could say The experience I had was like going Into a Casino and cashing out after you come up a couple bucks.”

I have since bought a few more items. Though the shipping can be a bit slower, when it's $200+ cheaper than any other businesses, I find it hard to complain.
