They shipped out my item within 7 days of placing, they actually shipped in 4 days I got my items by day 8. They give clear time frames for everything so not sure what all the complaining is about. For what I ordered it was about 30% cheaper than midway, optic planet, cdnn and psa. Big woo it took an extra day or two I'm not in that big a rush. As far as uppers go pricepoint is worth it for an entry level build, you can't expect an lwrc quality upper for 199.99 be realistic, be patient but had no problems at all.”

Recently I messed up and had a " whoops ! " moment " where I inadvertently duplicated a completed order while just trying to add an item . In other words I had two nearly duplicated orders charged to my credit card , which I did not want at all ! I called DTT's customer service number and spoke to Rhet , and explained my screw-up , and the unwanted order was cancelled , and the charge removed from my credit card within the hour !
