“Seems to be a company where you're ok as long as things go smoothly but if you have problems their customer service is almost non existent, displaying a reluctance to enter into any dialogue. I ordered a plate for a bike carrier and sent all relevant documentation. When I'd hear nothing a couple of days later I sent a chasing email. They took this to be a repeat order and sent 2 lots of plates and charged me twice. On contact they simply said I'd ordered twice and as they couldn't resell the plates that was an end to the matter. Not sure why I'd want 2 plates for 1 bike carrier. Even offered to return the 2nd plate unopened to show I was not trying to rip them off but got no change out of them.”

We're sorry to hear that you're not entirely happy with your shopping experience. We did receive 2 x orders from you for 'made to order' goods and as such we made and sent two orders. We understand now that you may not have intended to place two orders but the fact is you did I'm afraid to say. “Nice plates, quick delivery only bit that was a bit of a pain was having to mail scans of legal entitlement but as this is a law thing rather than a company thing you cant really blame demon plates. I would use again”

“Ordered online which was simple and fast. These were cheaper than I could get from Halfords so good value too and with lots of customisable options during ordering. Plates which arrived are high quality and well made out of thick / heavy duty acrylic type plastic. The lettering is all straight and there are no air bubbles under the reflective film as you sometimes see on the budget plates. Came with the protective film on top, and there were no sharp burrs on the plate edges. Even the V5 / proof of ownership part is straightforward, sending a quick photograph by e-mail. Top service, recommended.”

“Excellent service with plenty of options when creating your plate. Very nice to be able to 'personalise' the bottom of the plate. I put my childrens' names, and it's legal. I would have liked to see a few more of the sticky pads in the pack. Thanks for a great service.”

“Demon plates made getting my Personalised Reg special with all the different styles you could include. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and would highly recommend them. They got my plates to me very quickly as well as keeping me updated on the progress :) More than pleased with my plates and if ever need new ones, I won't hesitate going back to them.”
