“The plates arrived quickly and are very well made, the only problem was that the back plates I ordered didn't sit. Right against the car and we're too big for the plates”

“i emailed you twice about the digits coming of the plate but got no reply on both so not happy with your customer support, i paid good money for my plate anyway this wont get put on your site , wont be using you again and will tell others not to either!”

“Easy ordering and upload of documents. Received emails informing on progress of order. HOWEVER, the delivery is NOT Royal 1st Class Recorded as the website states and does not required to be signed for, again as the website states. The service they use is Royal Mail Tracked 48 - a slower, cheaper service. Plates received ok today but I am not happy about being charged £4.99 for this inferior delivery service.”

“I needed a replacement rear plate for a non-standard shape. The on-screen design facility was really helpful and delivery was 2 days later - much quicker than if I had gone to a local supplier.”

“The number plates arrived a couple of days after I placed the order by First Class post. The actual plates were as I had created them on the Site, which I must say was very simple to follow & easy to design the plates as I wanted. The quality of the plates are excellent. I recieved emails telling me when the plates were made & ready for despatch, & when they were posted. I had a slight issue with paperwork that I had to produce as it had all been sent off to DVLA but after a email to Demon Plates it was resolved very quickly. I would certainly use Demon Plates again & would highly recommend them.”

“The plates are ordered arrived promptly and were easy to fix, have smartened up the car from the original 5 year old plates. The web site is good for designing exactly what you want”

“Excellent service as I always find. Very helpful in this circumstance as I ordered plates forgetting documentation that I needed, but didn't have due to waiting for it to be processed. Contacted them ,let them know situation, no drama ,no problem, forward when you can and we will despatch your goods. I did they carried out there end, all sorted Very satisfied customer. Thank you”

“The service was great - the plates are excellent, exactly what I wanted and delivered in super quick time. They were for my old car which I had given to my niece as a surprise and she's well chuffed with her 'personalised' plates. Would definitely use Demon Plates again and recommend them to anyone.”

“The auction was tremendous. Not having been to an auction before it was a little daunting entering the room as we did not know what to expect, but we arrived early to watch the proceedings and learn. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a fabulous experience and so exhilarating to have won the plate I went there for, as I thought I had no chance at one point listening to the bids for some of the plates, but you never know and even if I had been unfortunate to not have won the plate I would have said it would have been an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. I would just like to thank everyone for the wonderful day we had and even more so for having won the plate my daughter really had her heart set on for her to put on a car when she turns seventeen next year (Well as soon as she saves up enough to insure a car when she passes her test) The plate not only has her name but her brothers race number which means so much to the whole family. I have to admit winning the plate brought tears to my eyes I was so overwhelmed!!! Thank you”

“I am very happy with the number plate as regards layout, quality etc. I was a bit disappointed when ordering through the website that I did not notice, until after I had paid my fee, that I had to forward copies of my driving licence and V5 before a plate could be made-up. I understand this is a legal requirement but feel it could have been more prominently brought to notice before the fee was paid. It caused me extra work and led to delay in receiving my plate. Overall performance (including delivery time to Northern Ireland) was poorish but the end product is very satisfactory.”

Thanks Stuart. You can rest assured that you have dealt with a reputable company that conducts it's business within the law. The same cannot be said for most of our competitors. You don't have to worry about cloned plates or debit / credit cards and that is worth a lot more than a little bit of your time. Thanks for the order.
