“Outstanding customer service! I had recently had the worst online experience with an online retailer called BURKE DECOR. You may read all about their complaints listed on the Better Business Bureau. Denver Modern kept me updated as to when my stools would arrive and they arrived on time. The stools are beautiful and very well-made. My only complaint is that the seats are too shallow. Only 20 inches. It’s great for someone who is 5’5 or shorter but for someone who is taller than this, it feels awkward. I am 5’11 and the front edge of the chair only hits the middle of my thighs. Had they offered one with a deeper depth (they don’t) I would exchange them immediately.”

“I coveted the Vail Lounge chair for *months* before finally making the decision to purchase, revisiting it every now and again, trying to decide if it was "just right". Incredibly happy with the chair and recently added the ottoman. It is by far the comfiest spot in our house. Reading from that chair is a total luxury and I can work for hours on my laptop without any discomfort. Love it.”

“I ordered 4 leather Vail dining chairs and they do not disappoint! Flawless and beautiful. Packaging was A+ insuring there was no damage done. These are my forever dining chairs and I look forward to seeing them weather over time, adding character along the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“We are so pleased with our Denver Modern purchase. I received a call shortly after placing my online order to let me know my items could be shipped out faster than expected. I received all of my items within 2 days, and was thrilled to have them in time for Christmas. The items arrived well-packaged and the quality of the furnishings was notable.”

“I absolutely love the Vail Counter Stools. They are worth the money as they are both beautiful and sturdy. I never thought a counter stool could be comfortable, as I'd never found one that was. The customer service was great. I ordered 4 but only have room for 3 (unfortunately, I'd love to have four!) The customer service team sent me a prepaid label no questions asked and scheduled a pick-up. It couldn't have been easier. I look forward to my next purchase as I have my eyes on their lounge chairs!”
