“Shipping was not well executed but who cares...my Denver Modern Bar stools are gorgeous, comfortable and super chic! Customer service was ok...they did not all have the same level of information to be able to solve my issue but once I got the right person..all was solved and they waved shipping for the hassle.”

“We love our barstools and can’t wait for construction to be complete to show them off! The charcoal boucle and walnut vail stool just pop with timeless, yet modern aesthetic and the curve of the seat allows for such a comfortable sitting experience you don’t always get at a bar/counter.”

“Delivered quicker than expected. I like that everything was put together when it arrived. The biggest selling point was the ability to switch the covers. I purchased in the charcoal but also got the sand and light gray covers.”

“DM made it quick and easy to purchase from them. Financing options are available like so many others seem to be offering, if needed. Shipping was prompt and delivery was handled efficiently. Emails contain all information and invoices are clear and comprehensive. Had a couple email conversations with owners and management as we (my girlfriend and I) were deciding on what we wanted. First purchase went as well as it could have, will be coming back in the future for certain. Thank you DM”

“Love my new counter stools! I got the boucle dove outdoor stools and they are great! I'm planning on buying more once our deck is finished! The fabric is water replent so it doesn't stain easily which is great for white. Just what I was looking for. Denver Modern was so great to work with too!”

“The product we purchased (Vail Counter Stools) are expensive, but they are well constructed and look great. The reason for the 3 star rating is the customer service they offer. We had an issue with one stool (obvious variance in color) and couldn't get someone to answer a phone, follow up on chat or answer an email in a timely way. I spent multiple days trying to get this resolved with almost no communication. When they did communicate they were going to send me the wrong color stool. That took multiple attempts on different platforms to get their attention to correct their mistake. I received the replacement stool on Monday (they ship fast) - but would expect a better experience when purchasing furniture at this price point”

“Ordered 4 Vail barstools and they look great but are very uncomfortable to sit in. I am trying to return them and they are giving me a hard time on my second freight company with numerous emails not to mention no one ever answers the phone at this business. If you are not in Dever don't order online.”

“I had a great experience with this company. I was accidentally sent the wrong color chairs and because we are in the middle of a new home build I didn't notice until about 35 days after delivery. I immediately contacted them to see if they were willing to help and exchange the color for me and the service rep I dealt with, Kyle was super helpful and very quick to respond to all emails. I appreciate the way this company handled the mix-up and look forward to ordering more from them in the future.”
