“Denver Modern has kind and caring employees and excellent customer service. The quality of their items is truly beautiful. Unfortunately, we had to return our Vail lounge chair due to the size and the low recline that just didn't work out in our space -- though we had some difficulties returning from the freight company, Kyle from Denver Modern was as helpful as he could be and took ownership to rectify the situation. I wish the chair would have worked in our space as it truly was a piece of art. Thank you DM!”

“Denver Modern was a great company to do business with. They provided me with decorating advice remotely which was a huge benefit! Once ordered, the chair was quickly on its way. The shipment arrived safely as the chair was meticulously packaged and double-wrapped! Bravo!”

“Received both chairs quickly after ordering, they are very solid. One seems like it was used before?? The bottom protector pieces on the legs were scratched and there’s a chunk of wood missing on the top of the stool by the cutout. Not the best representation of a stool to receive when paying that much money .”

“Love love love these stools! I can’t wait until our kitchen Reno is complete and I can take some pics! The white oak seats are beautiful and Comfy. They are heavy stools and very sturdy so will be perfect for the grandkids and won’t turn over!”

“I LOVE the look of these stools. I haven’t been to the location where they were delivered so haven’t seen them in person yet but will update my review when I do. The service and shipping were spot on however.”

“I ordered stools 12 weeks ago. I was told 10-12 weeks for stools to leave warehouse for shipping. I had to reach out to get an update on this because we started approaching our 12 week point, and I was told there will still be another 10-14 day wait. 10-12 weeks is already a long wait, and it’s disappointing to be told that wait will be extended because of manufacturing delays. Keep your customers informed of these delays. We paid $3,000 for your stools, that is the least you can do. We still don’t have our stools. We have furnished our entire house in the meantime, and still waiting on these and they were the first item we ordered because they will be used so often in our kitchen. Frustrating.”

“I order 5 of the Vail bar stools, and they are so beautiful and super comfy! Little pricy but you get what you pay for from quality and service, and I would recommend this product and their service to anyone! I had an issue with two of the stools. One had a cracked dowl, and the other had a small dy discoloration, and three were perfect! I called and sent a photo and Kyle was amazing my two damaged stools are on their way back and two new ones are on their way to me. I'm a fan!”

“I had been eyeing up these counter chairs for several months, and I'm so happy I finally pulled the trigger. They were definitely more costly than what I usually spend on furniture, but so far have been totally worth the price. People compliment them upon entering our kitchen all the time, they are comfortable, easy to clean, and fit just how I wanted them in our counter space. Highly recommend.”
