“Packaging not recyclable - The service was good and the products seem so far to be fine but the packaging could not be recycled. It was also not entirely biodegradable. The container had a lot of "sticky tape" on it and it consisted of paper stuck onto plastic. Unfortunately, the adhering plastic "bobble wrap" meant that the item was unsuitable for paper recycling. Plastic "bobble wrap" is recyclable where I live but it was so firmly stuck to the paper that I could not detach the plastic. The one good thing was that the package was very light but 100% recyclable would be better, esp if your company prospers and sends many such packages around the world.”

“Very fast delivery and competitive prices - I ordered a medical device on a Friday and had it shipped overseas. It arrived on Tuesday. Apart form the canine toothmarks (for which de Smit Medicals are in no way to blame for) from a customs operative, the whole acquisition was a total success ! Also, the device cost me a fourth of what it had cost, should I have ordered it domestically”

“device - found easy to access on the internet and the process of purchasing very good. The process of delivery could have been better would like to know a day and just fortunate I was at home!!! This device was for the physiotherapist to use unfortunately the wrong instructions were in there, which is not helpful when we are trying to help people improve bladder function etc, otherwise the machine is easy to use”
