“Nadine Edwards sorted out all my queries and requests with endless patience and I cannot praise her enough. If all your staff are as efficient as her then your company will continue to prosper. Excellent customer service which I must say is rare these days.”

“We picked destination 2 as the price on the website was very reasonable and the holiday was appealing. Having previously used them, we decided to do so again. I would urge destination 2 to keep up to date with what’s included in hotels eg all inclusive deals. When we arrived to our hotel in August the all inclusive deal had changed and they would not honour what we had booked with destination2 . I understand deals change etc but it’s worth keeping note of changes for your website. Also a deal which was available online wasn’t available to book and we spoke to an advisor hence putting be price up. Just something to be aware of. Overall good customer services and good prices.”

“I called yesterday and was promised a call back as I had a query on my booking. This wasn’t done. I spoke with a lady called Lisa I believe. I called again therefore today and spoke with Llewys. He was excellent. He looked into the matter and came back to me swiftly. He resolved the issue satisfactorily. Thankfully Llewys restored my faith in your company and so my ratings are based on my experience with him only.”

“I finally received paperwork so am happy with the service received from Amy. I am booking a trip and when I have booked hotels and paid I get the paperwork straight away. Am looking forward to my stay in The Rui Dubai after travelling around Australia.”
