“The non stick Frying Pan is already in use and is a great improvement on our out dated Le Creuset which now been binned. Your delivery was only the day after we placed our order. That has to be special. Thank you very much. Charles Richardson”

“Product in stock, was expecting to wait a week delivery was 2 days later which also included a bank holiday weekend. Only knew of the brand from seeing the coffee pot in a local restaurant and loving it and wanting it for my home too.”

“Because of a fault with their courier’s systems, Dexam were unable to do a ‘next day’ ship of the items I had ordered with expedited delivery. So they were sent by Royal Mail on Tuesday - and still hadn’t arrived by Thursday (I wanted them for the Friday). I called Dexam and to cut a long story short, a second shipment was despatched which arrived next day. The first shipment eventually arrived on the Saturday and Dexam said they were happy for me to keep it or give it to a charity shop. Outstandingly good customer service and I will have no hesitation in buying from them again.”
