The worst I Have been waiting for this items for almost 4 and nothing yet the only answer that I get from customer service is because is due the COVID 19 situation which of course I understand but 4 months ? I bought a camera in Hong Kong it took 10 days to arrive so this is ridiculous with the answer of “currier trying to ship to Australia” extremely disappointed I’m still fighting to get my money back

Do not buy!! After finally receiving my package after 3.5 months, I’m even more disappointed by the quality. I’ve bought $5 sunnies from Bali which are way better quality and look better, cheap lightweight plastic, and they look terrible. Waste of $90 and over 3 months of my time trying to chase them up, I ended up spending the money on ray bans, so these will never be worn again.

Despite the bad reviews I placed an order. The sunglasses were delivered after 1 week in the Netherlands. I don’t have any problems with this company. Great sunglasses!

Wish there was a 0. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Numerous emails no actual responses apart from the same template email every time. Habe not received items 4 months on and they will not provide refund. Worst ever

I waited for almost 1 month. The customer support e-mail is "do not replay" e-mail and when I contacted them via form they replied after 1 week. The glasses do not look as good as on the picture. I do not recommend this seller.

DO NOT BUY!! Glasses are very poor quality and do not reflect the price. The 2 for 1 deal is a scam as they always offer it and they will give you one pair of sunglasses that are plastic. The glasses are too small, wonky and poorly made with a low finish. Shipping cost is very expensive and returns policy is rubbish. I would definitely not buy from these ever again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Achtung! Sonnenbrillen kommen nicht an. Auch nach längerem hin und her mit dem Kundenservice. Das Bestelldatum liegt nun mehr als 2 Monate zurück, der Kundenservice meldet sich mittlerweile nicht mehr. Wirklich schade..

SCAM They’re based in Spain and avoid Australian consumer law. I bought two pairs of glasses 3 months ago and in that three months the only response they have for me is to “check the tracking link”, which shows it left the country and nothing more. I feel stupid for buying from here but hope it means I can help others to not make the same mistake.

This online shop is just not trust worthy. I have order 4 sunglasses. After I have returned 3 of them they published the information on their website that there will be no refunds given because it was a "2 for 1" deal. If I had known this before I would not have placed an order in the first place. Besides, it has been the worst customer experience I have experienced sinces a long time: - the return process was a pain to go through with several forms to fill out and many steps on the website to click through. - they never confirmed receiving my return shipment eventhough it was sent 3 weeks ago. (DHL has lead times to spain of max 4-5 days). - I paid for the return shipment myself (9 EUR!!) I should have just keep all sunclasses and save the money for the return because I do not seem to get a refund anyways.

Worst customer service ever! ordered a pair of shoes at the beginning of March and have tried to get help with finding out why they were not delivered! received unclear answers and no help until I got help from the postal company which informed that they did not make a proper customs declaration so the shoes were sent back to them at the end of April, then waited 7 weeks! They offer to send the order directly which I approve, now a week later they write that they unfortunately can not send my shoes because they have no in stock !? totally impossible to get hold of and the worst help ever! now get an offer to buy something else for the same value, do not want anything else but do not get my money back! why would I want something else from a company that has taken almost 10 weeks to find that the shoes I ordered cannot be delivered !?

36 days no delivery. Tracking says my parcel hasn’t moved for nearly 2 weeks. Customer service is rubbish with cut and paste apologies. They say they’re fully operational until your payment is received. Avoid at all costs

Hello, I have a bad experience with this company. I have ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses over a month ago and thay said that they shipped it on the April 23rd. I have tracked my package via Asendia till May 5th, and that was the last tracking update I recieved for my order. I tried to contact customer support but they have automatic responses and they are not helping at all.. I can't even get my money back. I think that I paid too much money to be waiting for it this long.

So disappointed in my experience!! I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses over a month ago and still have not received them! After trying to reconcile my issue, the support team rarely gets back to me and most of the time its an auto-response in a foreign language! Still haven't received them... Probably lost my $90 :(

never have such return experience before... As a costumer I got the feeling that they not really trust me and that I am in debt, due I have to send them two times many pictures of the damage glasses with the response that the transport is to blame. After discussions that I don't want 20% discount for my next order rather I prefer a return or refund. They will proceed the replace in condition that I have to guarantee that the old product can't be used anymore. I have to destroy it and send them pictures to prove it. To sum up: It needs many mails and many pictures and you are forced to destroy to get a replace.
