“So disappointed with the sofa I bought! Customer service are a disgrace too! Do not buy from this company. I will never look their way again!!!! Sofa leg broke after day two, stitching on the arm is fraying after day 3 the sofa itself looks like it is a few years old, quality of leather is appauling, it's sagging all over. Had this sofa for a week and it took them two weeks to address my problem and spike to me Asia I were a fool. Just keep trying to fob me off. It will not work DFS as I am not letting this go! I paid £1700 in total for a piece of rubbish!!!!”

They came and repaired one side but now other side now gone have contacted them twice and said they would put me on to the right department but still nothing after three months . I purchased a sofa from them which I received 12 months ago. Within two day the sofa started showing signs of faults - the leather was stretching on all of the seats and in parts on the body.
I contacted them straight away and they said they would send someone round to have a look, that took months and when the independant inspector came he said the quality was dreadful.
After tens of phone calls, DFS agreed to exchange at which point we decided to go for a different sofa which we ordered in the October so this process took six months!
We received the new sofa three weeks ago and this process also took six months!
Twelve months to replace a faulty sofa and now they won't give me a refund for the faulty one they took away!!
After several phone calls with promises that someone will contact us no one has!
I will be reporting them to trading standards and possibly reporting there theft to the police if I don't hear back very soon!!!!!”
“100% regret my large expensive purchase with DFS - delivered end of Feb 2022 - 4 scatter back cushions were missing - informed customer service and said the will chase and re-order, been waiting 7 weeks and chased 19/4 to be told they are with the distribution centre awaiting arrangement of delivery, to be then told only 2 cushions have been ordered, absolutely diabolical after sales service all round, currently do not have a complete purchase after 7/8 weeks, please think about your purchase and the lack of all round service before you commit !!!”
“I bought a cuddle chair and it's only me that sits on it, the fake leather has peeled and I was accused of maybe its my kids (no kids) or animals (no animals) it's probably me putting my feet on the chairs with my shoes on (what??) I wear slippers and if I put my feet on the chairs I take my slippers off,
Then I got told I must be putting my feet on the chairs and I'm rubbing my feet on the chairs for it to peel that way ??? Again what ???
My chair also has peeled at the back of them too and got told that I've caught it with my shopping bags (what ?) So I walk pass my kitchen to put my food in my sitting room?, it was any excuse to stop me getting a claim on the guarantee DO NOT USE DFS, definitely q manufacturers fault NOT mine

“Ordered a Vinson recliner suite from DFS, after 7 months of many changed deliveries it was finally received. Ordered easiglides at the store and had to ring to tell them they were not supplied. Also 1 of the recliners made an awful noise and the motor was buggered. They sent an engineer to tell me what we already knew that the motor needed replacing and now we have been told that the replacement will be another 10 weeks. If you want to wait nearly 10 months for a fully functioning suite I would shop elsewhere, DFS is the worse company I have ever bought from, take heed and go elsewhere.”
