“Don’t use this company- Goods I purchased still haven’t arrived- the seller canceled the tracking number & they won’t supply a new tracking number- WARNING- WARNING!! There so called “CUSTOMER SERVICE “ is non-existent””

“So after not receiving my item within 30 days (actually almost 50 days), as "guaranteed", I requested a refund. Well, the seller tried to get out of refunding me by getting me to pick "Item Received", promising to reimburse me "within 24". DO NOT DO THAT! That's a scam. I opened a dispute and again, the seller tried to get me to change the reason to "intercepted by customs", which is another lie and would make me responsible for paying for the item. It is only after I threatened to give him a bad review that he finally agreed to refund me. And that will now take 15-20 days. Probably longer because of the Chinese festival. So the bottom line is yes, you will get your money back eventually, but not without them trying to scam you first.”

“You know it's funny because people read these reviews and they still purchase through this website that's the world we live in nowadays we're people ignore common sense Common Sense will tell you to not spend another dime until they fix these issues between the seller and the distributor we as customers have to stop giving scammers our money. I caught a flight to China and it only took around 13 hours so why the hell do I have to wait 2 months for a product? Common sense says run away and stop ignoring a slap in the face when you get one”

“cost me only $44.00 for this lesson. Do not walk away from DHGate. RUN Vendor responded that my order was out of stock. Recomended a replacement that did not make sense. Asked for refund, DHGate, no help. told me to contact seller. They stopped responding a long time ago. Las Vegas is a better place to spend the money. DWL”

“I was lured to buy a replica fabric fake bag for $57 (Order NO:3169979953) by the description Seller put in the listing but turned out what I received was totally different from the photos. Nothing like the real bags. Very poor quality and fake. Seller NEVER responded to my message about my return request. I tried to report this issue to DHgate as they said that they offer "Customer Protection" for customers who have problem with their purchase. DHgate just ignored me in the end the same way as the seller, even I provided pictures of the poorly made fake items I received, DHgate did nothing to help but kept giving excuses that my provided evidences were irrelevant to prove the seller's fault. DHgate is a BIG SCAMMER! NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!!!!”

“I ordered high heeled shoes from dhgate. I received the shoes last week but it wasn’t the right size. I tried to e- mail and contact them by phone but until now I didn’t get any answer on how to exchange my purchase . I’m very disappointed .”

“Ordered a long cardigan which never came. Contacted dhgate via online chat and was pretty much told I was lying. Tried to contact seller, nothing. Asked dhgate to help, nothing. So I'm out £20 but hopefully all these reviews I'm doing where I can, will stop others from getting involved with these scam merchants. And hopefully they'll lose money as people read how they might get nothing back in return for parting with their money. Robbers”

“I will no longer do business with DHgate. They allowed a seller Bigfront to send me something I did not order and take my money even though they opened a dispute and said he needed to refund me. They deleted all the dispute info but I have screenshot it all. I want my money back!!!”

“Dhgate is NOT a scam. I been buying from there for over 3years everything from shoes to electronics. It's all a bunch of different sellers and stores like Amazon and eBay you need look at the sellers ratings and reviews first and not just buy from the cheapest price because anything you find there's dozens of different stores that sell the exact same thing. So anyone to get ripped of that's the persons own ignorance for just sending money somewhere before checking what other customers say. There's a reason why they want a 5 star rating so bad it's because they can't change people's reviews which is what you need to read before buying from. Only common sense”
