“I purchased a tool set that would weigh in at about 50lbs well when I tracked the package it says it was being shipped via usps epacket not sure what that was so I looked come to find out it’s an express ship method for items under 4.4pounds and since I filed a dispute the shop that I ordered through has closed selling 109 units of the same product at a little over $29 they made over $3000 on the product before closing shop.”

“I have tried for over 6 months to get a refund of a defective dress and the cost of shipping to return the dress to the seller. I was promised a refund for both from the seller's account if the seller did not produce the refund themselves or respond which they did neither. They now have the dress back at my cost. DH Gate Customer service has done nothing but give me lip service...give us 48 hours, over and over and over again. Quoted direct from their CS "I can completely understand your side on this matter. If that happened to me I’d be really upset too. At the same time this is the most that we can do at the moment however we will not stop until you get your money back." This was the 6th time I have been told this. I'm 6 months in and still have not seen a refund.”

“Bought 2 Bose Bluetooth speakers. The first one lasted one day and stopped working after making funny sounds. The other speaker I still haven’t received in the mail even though it says it has been delivered. Not happy at all with the products and won’t be buying anything from this company again. Did I mention everything is fake.”

THIS SELLER IS A BIG TIME FRAUD AND A RUDE AND SPITEFUL SCAM ARTIST! DOESN’T HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK BUT WILL ACCEPTE THE ORDER AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEN HE WILL ARGUE WITH YOU BACK AND FORTH AND REFUSE YOUR REFUND REQUEST. THIS SELLER WILL MARK YOUR ORDER SHIPPED AND WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, YOU WILL BE IN FOR A NASTY SURPRISE. SELLER NAMED KID_SUIT IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM!!!! TOOK MY MONEY FOR A CLUTCH ORDER AND SHIPPED ME A PAIR OF SOCKS INSTEAD. The clutch was out of stock. The seller contacted me to let me know and we went back and forth over Instant Message to see if there was another replacement item I wanted shipped to me to avoid cancelling the order. We couldn't agree on the replacement item and I submitted a refund request. He wanted me to change the refund reason to " I do not want this item" because it works better for him.I refused to lie about the reason for the refund request and chose “item is out of stock”. So, out of spite, he rejected my refund request and shipped me a pair of socks instead!!! I just received the shipment in the mail today and I am FURIOUS!!!!”

“Huge scam, DO NOT ORDER from this company. After placing an order I received a fake tracking number, now the seller will not answer any of my messages. Also there is no options for a refund on items that show delivered. I contact USPS who verify the tracking number shows package has been delivered with no address only a state, but not my state, I live in Texas and package shows delivery state of Illinois, I say again WITH NO ADDRESS.”

“The prices are sometimes irresistible and seem like such great deals. Let me tell you, if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Most seller's on this site are from Japan and China. They advertise beyond unbelievable goid deals for products. Those looking for bargains have the urge to over look the obvious scam and proceed to waste their money on products they will never receive. Most seller's will provide you with bogus tracking numbers making you wait for up to 4 weeks on packages that end up going to another state or arrive and is nothing like the item described. I bought a vacuum and received a fake pair of Oakleys. They even spelled my name wrong on the shipping label. Dhgate won't work with you to get your money back or make the seller's supply the advertised product. Don't fall for this like I did. This is a down right scam! Buyer beware.”

“DHgate site has one of the most thief and cheater seller. I have seriously bad experience, I have bought glasses worth $56.00 and got $2.00 cheap glasses in parcel. I had complained customer service, customer service are keep asking evidence, i have provided photos and video evidence still DHgate Resolution Center asking same thing that it is not valid evidence. video and photos are not valid then what they want supreme court declaration .... .... liers, cheaters, thief”
