“First order was never shipped. Second order came with horrible quality, unusable and was not able to get a refund from DHgate. Stick to eBay or Baba”

“I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas.. they changed the tracking number and didn't send me the new one ..they took my money I can't reach customer service.this company blows I highly recommend not to buy anything from them..”

“The seller chanel-watch-watch ask me to change a bad review for a good one and for a retribution he will send to me another watch. I did change the review and now i'm trying to contact them with no answers, nobody contact me, I was robbed from this seller. He post a watch and the descriptions says that they always sell the same watch from the picture, when the watch arrives to you they send another watch. Is not safe, there's no warranties to buy from a seller of yours.... The point is that all that they want is that you change a bad review for a good one, once you do that you can't go back if they did not response. Is not safe, is not trustable, no warranties. Do not buy from this page.”

“I ordered 3 wigs that looked gorgeous on the site and in real life I wouldn't wear them for Halloween! They are disgusting plus wrong cut, color and style! Now since the email they 'provide' sets the computer off because it is dangerous to open, and since they say you don't get refund if they are damaged (what about ugly?) I am stuck with them since it is about $25 to ship back and then I would be out $125!!! Creeps!”

“Customer service doesn’t exist!!! Impossible to contact them! They debite your credit card and say your are high risk so they blocked your money, they don’t send the order and they don’t refund your money! Since 6 days I try to contact them! Impossible To cancel the order!”

“I WAITED TWO MONTHS I ORDERED IN October TWO TURTLE NECK SHIRT S FOR A CHRISTMAS PRESENT . DH.GATE not only took the money with out hearing from me I was satisfied they did not send the merchandise. Wrote in my order that it was received.”

“The purchase I made was 3 decorative pillow cases. I was charged 45.00 for terrible polyester fabric that was described as cotton. They are poorly made, feel awful and was about 2.00 worth of fabric. Tried to figure out how to send them back but that’s impossible tonavigate. No return paperwork in the packaging ever. Straight from China, written in Chinese, as well. I left an email for help but no help there either. Worst online purchase ever. I’ve never written a bad review but this time, I had to warn people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. BRWARE!!!!”

“🤬 We need to get together to make a huge petition to get the US government involved in this worldwide scam company.We need to get together to make a huge complaint to shut them down once for all.They are doing too much damages by stealing people money so easily without consequences. they always say the same thing ( WE SENT YOU A PRIVATE MESSAGE). They ask people to talk with a ghost seller who has already disappeared by closing his account after he got his money. So since there is nobody to talk to, this situation give them the ability to drag the issue forever just to discourage you. THAT'S THE REAL STRATEGY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCTS. GUYS STAY AWAY UNTIL WE FIGURED OUT HOW TO SHUT THEM DOWN ONCE FOR ALL, BECAUSE HERE IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NOT CHINA.WE WILL GET THEM BE SURE. YOU CAN COUNT ON IT.”

“I ordered shoes for my son. Started getting cryptic emails about shoes being shipped. Finally, almost 20 days later, I got an email that the package was ready for pickup. The tracking information was very cryptic. I figured out it was US Postal Service and tried to track the package. It had arrived in Ohio! When I logged into their website, it said I had already received the product. I HAD NOT!!! It was almost completely impossible to dispute the claim. The options didn't including "never got the package". This company is the biggest group of scammers. Do not purchase anything from DHgate. You will be very sorry. I disputed with my credit card company and got a refund since nobody at DHgate ever replied to my complaints. Do not do business with these scammers.”

“Avoid! Avoid! No matter how good the product or the price looks, Just avoid it!!! I ordered paper bags in June 2018. Since I knew it was shipping from China, I expected few month of waiting period. However, it has been 6 month now and no package nor the seller responds to my message(for refund) anymore. I contacted the DHgate.com customer service for assistance but nothing happened. They said they will contact the seller. Now it has been 10 days but no response from seller nor the DHgate customer service. This site is a scheme at best.”

“Ordered some shoes that didn't fit. Unable to log in to my account, sent 5 emails that were unanswered. Had to open a different account so I could "Chat" to someone online. Did this three times - still no further and now I can't log in to this new account. Doesn't recognize my password which I know is right, can't get any emails to reset my password. They are just giving me the runaround and are waiting until I give up out of frustration.”

“Expect it to take a long time and have no response from the sellers. We ordered 11/27/18 and estimated delivery of 1/11/19 was not met. Emailed seller three times with no response. Past orders always worked out, but I have seen the service get worse.”

“Honestly, I read these reviews and i just shake my head. I ordered 4 belts, from four different vendors ( 2 months ago ).. i just got them a week ago. great quality, yeah it took a long time, but think about where they come from ... china , watch the tracking order, ... its coming. xmas is dhgate overload. they run out of product. if you live in canada like i do , canada post was on strike and they wouldnt ship. before you buy something online ... do your DUEDILLIGENCE. look at reviews, compare prices etc ... a 8$ gucci belt is too good to be true, dont be surprised if it doesnt show up from the middle of nowhere across the world. cmon use your heads .”
