I am sorry to hear that you have had trouble with your network connection.
If your purchase is older than 14 days and you still have problems with your signal, you will need to speak directly to your network who will be able to advise and resolve your issue.
They will run a diagnostic check which will assess problems you may have with your network connection.

“Enticed by a good deal on an iPhone 5s which arrived quickly however this is where the story turns from good to bad. It took approx 2 weeks from the arrival of the phone tom it working properly with data connection and number transfer being very problematic and souring the whole experience. Getting a new phone working should not be thisndfficult and I nearly gave up on the whole process. Service matters and this experience has not been a good one. Time to sort it out dial a phone !”
“The rep on the phone was very nice, but he told me I was getting something that turned out to be not true, he also told me I was dues for a free upgrade and today got charged by Orange, who said that my contract was put through as a new one and not as an upgrade, so Dialaphone cancelled my contract without my permission and created a new one so I was charged cancellation fees although I was due to upgrade in less than a month... I feel scammed and robbed as every month money for unknown charges is going out of my account.
I would appreciate if a manager would call me to rectify all the mistakes...”

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had these problems. It’s not an experience we want for any of our customers.
Please be aware though that Dial-a-Phone cannot cancel any existing agreements you have with your network provider. If the problem is that you requested an upgrade and were given a new connection please email socialsupport@dialaphone.co.uk so we can look into this further.

“Phone was delivered very promptly and was able to track delivery. However there was a problem in connecting to the network which took several days to resolve. Was advised to take phone into High Street branch of Phones4U as affiliated company but they refused to deal and was redirected to Orange. It was then necessary to make two more phone calls to Orange to get the phone connected. Cannot be sure if problem was the company or Orange but I felt they could have been more proactive in resolving.”

I'm sorry you're not happy with the cashback redemption process.
I can understand you being frustrated if the process has not been fully explained. If you retrieve your bills online you can download them with ease off the network providers website, then simply email this to cc@dialaphone.com and the redemption will be processed and transferred into your bank account via a BACs transfer.
