I contacted the support but they want me to deal with that sealer and that sealer will more scam people how is that possible! I will make sure that no one is going to buy here. When I tried to refund the button is unlocked so no even possibility!!!!!!! If I have to put proof im going to make sure the seller and that website to not even scan ever!”
“Sales method not at all clear, i tried to buy a key for Valheim and I was sent the data of what, I assume, is another account shared with who knows how many players (illegal thing and which could result in the immediate closure of the same account purchased), they communicate everything through the internal chat on the site and not by email. I will try to ask for a refund and leave this review until there is compensation, very bad experience.

i got an account in japanish or chinese language from the seller
did manage to download and install the game on my switch
after 5 mins a got kicked out of the game becouse the account was in use by another user this problem keeps going on
after 1 month now i still don,t have my money back

Here's one more scammed by this platform, I bought a game that was in the "key games" category but it was really a shared steam account. I only realized it within 10 minutes of buying it and contacted support. They have treated me horribly and I can confirm what people and even trustpilot say, this platform is not trustworthy, I feel like I am being scammed and they do not return my money, they have to know that consumer rights do not exist on this platform. They say that there is a 30-day guarantee and that it is also instant, since both are lies. I don't even have anything I bought, nor do I want it, since their offer is misleading... and they know it.”
