“Well l bought a iPad of dimprice it looked as if it went through but then they emailed me and said that there was a big problem pleas get in contact about it . Well l have emailed them 3 times telling them that l had put in the correct details of my name and address plus correct credit car details so l can't understand what is the problem. I would not recommend to deal with them. Warning.”

“SCAM, SCAM beware do not order from them. I ordered some sony earphones which came unsealed. When I asked to return them they refused and claimed I unsealed them myself! Incredible. Reported to trading standards and also taking legal action.”

“I purchased a mobile from Dimprice on Aug 18th, 22, till today date 30-8-22, and despite everyday follow ups, I have not received the device yet. This is my first time dealing with such company. I will not repeat dealing with this company nor do I recommend.”

“I haver ordered a Samsung 22+. Good price, however, waiting for 2 weeks and nothing happens! They managed to send the phone with DPD somewhere to wrong address and blaming me!!! Super poor customer service, avoid!!!”

“I ordered a Samsung S22 from Dimprice at £200 cheaper than any other retailer - something I would not normally do but given the price of new mobiles, I thought it worth a go. The tracking is terrible - they use a budget company to arrange UK deliveries. I saw these reviews and started to get worried. However - the customer service agent responded straight away and the phone arrived ~8 days later. It is certainly brand new and functions fine. If you're going to order at such a huge discount you should expect an element of risk is involved - the delivery is going to take a bit longer and returns are not going to be like ordering from a UK company. You get what you pay for. Having said all that, it worked out fine for me.”

“Disgusting.. I read the reviews and took the chance like you probably will. (Don't) I ordered new phone and paid for it. 3 days later I emailed asking when delivery might be.. They replied.... Don't worry Craig everything is fine and phone will be any day. Following day I got an email cancellation of the deal. (no reason after 5days ordered) I looked on their website to see if phone was still available and yes it was for £280 more than I previously paid. I kept emailing them for reasons and eventually they lied by saying logistics. They should of honoured our deal Disgusting.. You only get a cut and paste message reply from what's app... A email reply takes 24hrs in middle of night from China.. No phone number to call for customer service.. SLY. SLY SLY...”

Avoid dimprice at all costs they are a scam company......cant get through to customer service...wont even contemplate anything after 28 day refund period....DO NOT BUY FROM DIMPRICE...”

“Purchased a Samsung galaxy Tab 7, the screen failed, called Samsung UK to fix under warranty and they informed me dimprice have sold me a product that has no warranty with Samsung UK as it has been imported. dimprice are not authorised by Samsung to sell their products. Dimprice then refused to honour the warranty under their own 12-month warranty scheme. The warranty scheme from dimprice is advertised on their website at point of sale. Dimprice tried to charge me £60 even to have a look at it. Avoid dimprice at all costs they are a scam company”

“Me first experience with Dimprice - order number 492019350666: I have been waiting now for more than 2 weeks - they rarely respond, and when they respond then just an apology but no explanation, a fake WhatsApp number where you just get an automatic answer, no hotline or real customer service. I want my money back so I raised the issue to PayPal to get my money back ! Never again Dimprice!!!”

“Ordered Apple iPhone SE 2022 model on 15/04/2022 about 25% off the market price. The website said it would be delivered in 2-5 days but it took almost 2 weeks which I guess is not unreasonable considering there was Easter, but still it wasn't "express" delivery. It arrived via DPD this morning (return address was the London office). The 724ex.net tracking website (details below) is highly suspicious as there is almost no information and each event seems to take at least one day to happen. So I was quite worried after seeing all these negative reviews but when I opened the package it was a geniune Apple packaging and was sealed. On opening the package, I could see it was a US model from the model number and it seems the phone's warranty has already been activated 1 month ago so actually I only have 11 months warranty but it seems a genuine product and could be added to my Apple account without issue. So for me at least, it seems to be genuine and so far doesn't seem like a faulty product. 724ex tracking: 2022-04-28 DPD Please click Here for further updates. “!!!!!!! WARNING DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!! First off, I made a mistake in buying an Oculus device which I found out was a US model. The problem was I bought this in the UK, I was not aware of this until the Oculus headset had issues. This means my 2 warranty does not apply.”
