“I can't say enough good things about the customer service here. Last month I made and paid for a rush order that did not arrive in time for my trip (and after the delivery window I had paid quite a bit extra for.). When I contacted the store upon my return they immediately refunded the shipping charge and sent me a return label. The paper work was simple, the conversations with the store cordial, and I only wish they were neart my house on the West Coast because they'd have a customer for life. Thank you guys for making a potentially fraught experience painless and easy.”

“Ran into an issue with the product not being exactly what I purchased. Turns out the website had the wrong picture of the product. I contacted DipnDive and discussed it with Boris and he straightened everything out for me. Excellent customer service at a time when most companies have no idea what good customer service is. This is how you make customers for life. I will continue purchasing my dive gear through DipnDive thanks to Boris and his team. Thank you for making me a believer and I can’t wait to use my MK2i dive computer in Belize.”
