“We visited the Aintree store at the weekend….what a fantastic store loved it…. We were approached by a member of staff called Dawn who very knowledgable and guided us through all there products…. We came away happy and supported …. And will definitely be back when ready to purchase…. Thank you Aintree!”

“Customer service was first class. They even advised me about a code for a 5% discount. My Silver cross latest model I couldn’t find anywhere in multiple sites including Silver Cross. They had one which came within two days of my order. I was very impressed by both their customer service with my enquiry + discount voucher+ delivery. I will certainly buy from this company again.”

“Well we’re do I start the service we got from the manager Tate in the aintree was phenomenal. He and his staff were 10 out of 10. My daughter who we were buying a prom for suffers with anxiety and he done everything to make her feel at ease. He truly showed us every aspect of how the Pram worked ( oyster). Thank you sooo much Linda Bullen”

“First visited in July to have a look around and see what we needed as first time parents to be. Greeted by Nicky who gave us a checklist and talked us through all the things to consider that we might need etc which was great as we are complete novices!! Back today, again greeted by Nicky who really looked after us. We chose our pram and tested it outside, tested it in the car to make sure it fitted etc which was amazing service! Nicky then helped us to choose a car seat and base which was suitable for our car and also fits on our pram. We got an amazing deal and we are so excited and happy with our choices. We had an amazing shopping experience and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Nicky was lovely and really helpful and knowledgeable too. Definitely made the experience of choosing and buying the most important items not at all daunting which was great. Thank you Nicky!”

“I received my daughters pram today the sheepskin insert was missing and am still awaiting the bag,foot muff and the parsol this pram is beautiful nikki in the Anitree store has been more than helpfull every time I have phoned as I have got to ship this pram to Australia nikki has gone out of her way to try and get this products to me”
