“Came into store today with my partner to look at the icandy prams. We met Nicky who was fantastic she was so friendly and helpful, she gave us so much information about the pram we were looking at and even gave us a full demonstration. Nicky made us aware of the baby event happening next month which we cant wait for as becoming new parents I'm sure myself and my partner will find it very beneficial. We cant wait for the next visit.”

“Service is good, I ordered the Snuz Pod Bundle and the sheets, organiser, sleep aid came first and just waiting on delivery of the actual crib. All I would say is you only get a confirmation email when your item has been dispatched. I expected to get an email confirming my order and just a note to say items were being dispatched separately and I would have given 5 stars.”

“Ordered a baby swing the 8th July, no indication on them not having the stock, had a voice mail a week after order saying it will be the first week in August was annoyed but very busy with new baby, chased them first week of August to be told should be with you before the weekend and nothing has arrive so messaged again to be told some confusion and should be the end of this month so in total waiting nearly two months, I have told them to cancel it my baby will be too big to use it by the time it comes so disappointed with this, I would have not been as bothered if it said on the website when they anticipate delivery and then to be not kept up to date with it and me chasing when I don't really have the time seems a bit out of order really, maybe an alternative could have been offered for the delay but nothing. I understand things can get delayed but service is shocking”

“Had an appointment with Helen in aintree store, lovely friendly and very knowledgeable. Great selection of prams and car seats. Helen even rang and sorted us a unique travel bundle with the exact car seat we wanted. Would highly recommend”
