“Bought a joie car seat from here was very wary about buying from somewhere i have never bought before saved myself £30-£40 buying here than Argos/ smyths & got a welcome discount. Came two days after I ordered, definitely recommend & will definitely be buying from here again.”

“Myself and my family visited on Saturday with the intention of buying a pram and car seats and Direct 4 Baby did not disappoint. We were greeted by Taite as we arrived and he gave us time to wander round before starting our appointment. We had such a positive experience start to finish and Taite was the main reason for this. He took almost 2 hours with us and demonstrated multiple prams and car seats. He was very knowledgable about them all and on the safety specs which gave us such confidence and allowed us to make an informed decision. He took time to fit the car seat in my parents car to ensure it was compatible and to show them how to do it. He also offered us drinks whilst he talked through everything else. He wasn’t pushy with sales and made this clear from the start so we were immediately comfortable with him. We are extremely happy with our purchases and went on to buy more than we intended which is again credit to Taite as he advised us so well. We will definitely use Direct 4 Baby again and will recommend to friends. Thanks”

“I was already sceptical ordering from here but I needed the item as soon as possible. I ordered the sleepyhead pod and they sent me a Dockatot pod instead. I’m guessing they had no Sleepyhead in stock? I unfortunately don’t have the time to sort out a return as I am very close to my due date and wanted this for when my new born arrives. So basically having to keep it. They are not the same products there is a different between the two, so you’ve basically sent me the incorrect item for what I paid for. Very annoyed and will not be ordering again.”

“Pram system arrived the next day. Free delivery. One part of the travel system was out of stock but everywhere else we looked had a 4-6 week lead time so we’re really happy”
